Shayne Fraser was from my first phone call with him and at all other times very helpful and kind caring and thorough.
He assisted me greatly to be able to supply all of the information required for the loan and the tedious process of id information I needed as the loan progressed.
This was even after I had not originally backflipped on the loan.
He never gave up on me or on his job.
I will always remember him and Liberty and the great assistance I have received.

Shayne never give up on you. He will fight for what is best for you and your situation. He is very well resourced and have many lenders that he can talk to. Top bloke all around. I knew him for few years and I will be his customer for any future financial dealings too.

As usual, Shaynes service has been 10/10. We have been working with Shayne for a few years now and always feel looked after as we know he put the people first. Whilst the rate is high with Liberty considering we had a large deposit and small loan , Shayne did all that he could whenever we needed him to , to get us the approval and make the process fast and painless.
I would recommend Shayne to anyone in a heartbeat , not so sure about Liberty though.
