This company defrauded me out of over £2,000 back in 2004 to 2008 and have done the same to many limited company owners. I eventually got the money back but there will be many out there who have no idea they have been stolen from.
Hello. There is some guys from Romania working at Intel, Ireland and every week they have problems with their wages. They should be paid on Friday, and they get money on next Monday. Is it possible to change the situation, or they have to make a complain at WRC? THANKS
Absolutely shocking company stay well clear wages never in on time ans none of their telephone numbers even work horrible attitude horrible customer service and not one bit reliable il never use them again after the past month I’ve had with this umbrella company shocking
Charge more than others, take a long time to deliver accounts, their accountants do not respond to emails
LB are brilliant. I was new to contracting and wanted an umbrella set up. Rea in the onboarding team is brilliant and helped every step of the way from start to finish. If you are looking for an umbrella co then look no further, highly recommended!

I went LTD with them on an agency's recommendation. After a few years I caught them fiddling my books on some business expenses they didn't like the look of (but were legitimate), without telling me, and then expecting me to take the hit in higher taxes. They never asked to do this. Indeed, they never communicated at all regarding this until I challenged some figures they produced which didn't match my expectations.. at which point frankly it felt like they were expecting me to go along with it, like some form of stockholm syndome. They don't work for their clients. They just work to keep their work load down and cover their own asses.
Liberty Bishop was recommended to me by my agency. I stayed with them for about 3 years. In the last 6 months I started to have problems it sometimes took 2 days after they received payment from my agency before I got paid. I frequently had to chase my payslip. I was told it had been emailed to me but mustn’t be going into my mailbox, I was receiving all other emails from them without a problem and when it was ‘resent the next week I always received it. I finally got fed up when I didn’t get paid the weekend before Christmas. I was due to travel, I had bills coming out of my account, I received bank charges. I received an email on Friday afternoon confirming my pay was being processed then nothing. I had to ring on Monday to find out when I was going to be paid, I was told I would be called back within 5 minutes, I waited and eventually received an email, I was told the money was received too late in the afternoon. I contacted my agency who told me it had gone in as usual. I asked that I wasn’t charged and they didn’t thankfully. I didn’t receive any compensation for the bank charges. I am disappointed with the service over the last few months I used to think they were excellent. Almost 3 weeks after I asked for and received my P45, someone from the company sent me an email asking Why they hadn’t received any timesheets recently, whether I hadn’t been working. I was surprised. I wouldn’t recommend liberty Bishop and I don’t think my agency will either

We’re sorry that you were disappointed with the service you received. We've had the opportunity to look into the points you have raised below, and we hope they help to resolve them.
Your agency makes payments to clear with Liberty Bishop each Friday for their initial pay run of the week. They also run a second payroll each Friday where Liberty Bishop receives funds on a Friday afternoon. Having looked into your payment history, your payments were usually being included on their second pay-run. This may have been due to late approval or submission. Unfortunately, if you were included on the second pay run we would not have a record of your hours until Friday afternoons.
Having checked the payslips being sent via our automated system, we can see that all payslips were sent on the same day as each payment was made. We have sent you an email this afternoon with copies of all of the emails issued as per our system.
