Avoid! Oh how I wish I’d gone on trust pilot and read the poor reviews before ordering from this company. Over 400 pounds spent on two lights ordered 5 weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing despite sending two emails this week. I have emailed today demanding a refund. If no joy there I will look to my bank to request a charge back and report it to action fraud

Same as everyone on here. Ordered a shade in February that's till hasn't arrived. Been fobbed off that it will be in stock soon and they have ignored my last 2 emails requesting a refund! Avoid!!!

1 star because I can't give 0. Absolute scam. Paid for a light in November 2025 that was apparently in stock. Never arrived. Chased in December, was told stock would arrive in January 2026. Went back on the site in March to see the product was again listed as available. Emailed, got a response saying it would be dispatched in the next few days. 3 weeks later, hasn't turned up. Sent 3 emails since, all ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Website stated 4-5 weeks for dispatch. Waited 5 weeks and sent an email with no response. Sent another email a week later with no response. Called and couldn’t get through so left a message with no response. Called again a couple of days later and no response. Raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Items paid for but not received. Phone lines appear to be on a loop and will not answer. Do not reply to phone messages or emails. I have had to issue a chargeback for my items

Yeah, pretty sure these guys are going into administration. No dispatch of lighting for a month, sent a request for a refund citing lateness, received a same day response that a refund had been processed (no apology) and a month later, still no refund. Have chased but I suspect that's £80 I won't see again. Will look into my consumer rights options. Do not use.

(note, am not US based as per location, am London - that's a VPN)

Same experience as all the others...I imagine this company stopped trading long ago but still happy to take customers' money.
Ordered on the 17th March, website said 5-7 working days for dispatch. Emailed twice with no response, phone number rings out. Filed a Paypal dispute and was refunded immediately so this company must be known to them. Waste of my time.

My experience is the same as all the other negative ones on this site. | paid for a light back in November and they kept telling me delivery was delayed to them and as soon as it was in, they would send my order out. Unfortunately, I trusted them and as 120 days have elapsed since paying by credit card, I can't claim my £150 payment back. I am gutted. If this has happened to you, don't delay in making a chargeback on your credit card. These people are scum.

Same experience as all recent reviews, paid, received an order number and then nothing for a month - no response to emails or calls. Phone line is in a loop - leave a message or speak to an agent? -> speak to an agent -> leave a message or speak to an agent? -> speak to an agent -> ... same to infinity.

As one of the recent reviewers said - looks like the company quietly gone bankrupt (but the website is still working an happy to take people's money!).

Thankfully I was buying with a credit card who did a prompt chargeback.

Do NOT order from this company! We’re still waiting for a promised refund 2 months after cancelling order. No communication from company. Scammers!

Looks like I've lost my money. Winding up petition has been submitted to taunton court quoting Somerset gazette. Do not place any orders

Avoid this company, goods have not arrived, they do not answer the phones or emails. If in liquidation or just sickness, communication is key, the lack of it is shocking.

DO NOT USE.....Order not delivered.....its a scam...company not answering emails or phone....ITS A SCAM

Avoid this company like the plague. I was sent the wrong item, I have been unable to contact this company by telephone or email. No response via email and the telephones go unanswered. I’m now having to escalate to my credit card provider.

Excellent service! Just the lampshade I wanted at half the price of other outlets. Beautful quality AND arrived in 2 days! I emailed for some more info on sizing and received a helpful and friendly reply. Take the poor reviews with a pinch of salt!

Dreadful company. Lights never turned up. no one answers the telephone. sent an email promised goods would be sent the following week - never were. Emailed and cancelled order, got confirmation back but into the second week now and no sight of refund. Do not use this company.

When I asked for a refund I was told it was processed and then sorry it was missed will process again

Absolutely disgraceful after contacting company about my order I get a spam saying can i wait another week for order this I did yet again no order and no contact with company for refund. Scammers please be aware !!

Light ordered 28th Jan 26 , one month later and still nothing. We have used many times in the past with no issues but this time not good, no response to emails and left a message on the phone and many attempts on the phone, hitting option 2 has become a joke

Order number is 83910 costing £188 so not exactly small change

Update required ASAP please

Another 5 days passed and not a single update this is criminal

6 weeks now and no update taking this matter further now you have been warned
