We are pleased with our new lights. The fitting allows us to use good quality LED energy saving bulbs. We have been look for ages for something with a modern style, switches on the light itself and the correct fitting.

Turned up when stated, really useful tracking system that gives you the hour of the delivery and the drivers name. Saves you hanging about all day. Light fitting delivered in good order and as stated, what more can I say.

The website itself was excellent with a very good range of lights. We chose the items (2 chandeliers and some matching wall lights) and placed the order with no issues at all.

After the confirmation email we also received emails informing us of the progress of the order and received the lights in about a week.

I have to say I was a bit hesitant about ordering such delicate items over the internet but they arrived very well packaged and the items were in perfect condition.

We were looking for the perfect wall lights to go with a 10-arm tulip style bulb ceiling light, an art nouveau fireplace, and a tiffany lamp. There was so much choice on the site that we couldn't decide between 3 of our favourites! Would definitely recommend.

I have purchased two lighting products off this company after locating them on the Internet, nice to know there are still companies out there that give proper customer service.

They ordered desired item for us to browse first with no commitment from our side, when visiting their premises they were very helpful to help us locate the product that suited us.

Also perfect delivery with email and txt updates I forming us to an hour window when product would be delivered, item was delivered two minutes in to this window.

We found the online listings very clear and well laid out. What's more, the designs were varied, fashionable and from the top names in lighting. We found both our 1st & 2nd choice in lights in this one shop and despite the modest size of the shop in Gornal, they were able to show us large glossy catalogues which were good enough to order from. One part of our order was initially just a bit dearer here than another online company but the boss agreed to price match so they took the whole order. Regular emails kept us up to date with the progress of our order and it arrived safely and on time. They even packed an extra light bulb for us, free of charge ! We have already recommended Lighting Maj. to friends and they purchased lights following a well worthwhile visit to the shop. YOU JUST HAVE to consider this company when selecting lighting which varies from Art Nouveau to cutting edge Industrial style. Chandeliers to Fishermans Lanterns !

Having ordered on line, i had a problem with the payment system (i wanted delivery to a different address from my card account address. No problem for them. Deal sorted straight away. Before delivery i needed information about the size of the fitting plates. Information called back immediately. They could not have been more helpful. i subsequently placed a further order and had similar excellent service.

From ringing up got great advice and very helpfully. Even matched a deal I found on another site.

Love these lights, they are made in a neutral colour ready to be painted any shade you like, they give off a soft glow. I did change the bulbs to candle bulbs as I think these look nicer than the energy bulbs supplied when bought.

Quality product, well packed, delivered in reasonable time, would be very happy to purchase from here again.

Modern light, very stylist, different to the norm, good quality, arrived very well packaged and was able to track delivery.

I ordered a light and shade, I did get informed by text as to when it would be delivered which was good. When it was delivered I checked the package, one of the shades was damaged. I e.mailed the lighting majestic team the same day and heard nothing, I e.mailed the following day (tues) to check they had got my e.mail and ask what to do about returning the shade for a replacement. Again no response. I phoned on the wednesday morning and although the man on the phone knew my case immediately he did tell me he would e.mail me back straight away to confirm what he'd told me, i.e that he'd arrange a new shade when he had got more in stock. I am still waiting for any kind of response from them. ( now sunday)
