Disgraceful. The worst customer loyalty program I’ve seen. Non existent. Customer service dont reply to questions or emails and when you do they for you off with a generic auto reply. Absolute joke.

Total and utter thieves. They have literally stolen my initial $100 deposit. They have closed my account and I have not even made a single bet. My entire $100 deposit is sitting there in the closed account unwagered. Do not give these thieves your money.

Useless bookie as you are quickly limited to 25 liability after 1-2 bets. Very misleading. Don’t waste your time with lightningbet.

Scam bookie, does not allow withdrawals, holds funds after verification and customer service stops responding.

Deposit approx 10-15k per month and dodged paying me out on a $30 bonus bet 😂 deadset losers

Grant was a nice guy to deal with at the start but once they know that don’t have to treat you well they stop Iv lost over 40k this year and they took my bet returns for my account and stop offering me deposit match’s I would Warn other potential customers to not sign up they are rude on chat. Use any other betting site. They are the worst betting company and it won’t be long until they are gone.

Let’s all band together and leave them all at once.

OK I'm going be honest ,I've been with these guys 4 about 2 months or so now ,I don't understand the bad reviews ,I get bonus bets regularly, customer service is top notch .heaps of markets ,sports an racing to keep me having fun ,don't listen to everything u read ,I'm honest an will say If something is no good ,these guys are awesome az ,and I'm not going anywhere else .:)

Thought this site would be ok, was not to impressed put a lazy 700 worth of deposits in on Wednesday and asked for a bonus would not give me one, was getting 3-1 odds on 5-1 on every other sites so wasn’t to impressed

Reading a review of LightningBet and its 1 star review and all I can say is what a crock and a thinly veiled attempt to character assassinate a good man and reputable business.
I've been a long term client and now regard Mr Lynch as a trusted member of the racing fraternity for almost 20 years.
He has always conducted himself by the highest of ethical standards and is one of the real bookies to offer a personal service.
Its easy to be a faceless keyboard warrior (and probably a disgruntled losing punter) by taking out your frustrations on someone who fronts up each day and has a go.
Way to go Jordan, if that's your real name, best you head to one of the bookies based in the UK and their faceless and impersonal platform.

One of Australia's dodgiest bookmakers has found a new way to deceive punters with his new website 'lightningbet' (somehow in NSW you're allowed to trade under multiple different websites - he's the same stooge who operates Lynchbet).

Good luck making a withdrawal, the advertised 'withdrawals twice a day' is a blatant lie, and you won't get a reply from customer service. Deposit your money here and never see it again!
