Delivery was prompt and well-executed but The Pillows Were The Superstar!
Delivery was prompt and well-executed.
But let's talk about the product, I purchased The "British 5* Hotel Supply Pillows - Kingsize | Super King PILLOW PAIR" and let me tell you these things were a total game changer! I have come to really dislike feather pillows over the years, on account of the feathers gradually becoming tiny face knives that come out of the pillowcases.
So these featherless pillows are so nice, not to mention insanely comfy, I have never slept better, Thank You Linen Cupboard.
Highly Recommend.

Hi Kim, High performing and good quality bedlinen does cost unfortunately. We believe as long as it works and you are comfortably cooler at night then it is so worth it. Cost per sleep! Thank you taking the time to provide a helpful 5 star review.
Kind regards, Selena.
Top quality…
I have now been using this company since July 2018 when I bought long single fitted sheets for our new bed. I have returned to them consistently as their products are well made and top quality I have recently bought a Coolmax mattress topper for my bed as I found the recent hot nights have left me extremely uncomfortable. I have found it brilliant at keeping me coll and comfortable so many thanks to The Linen Cupboard.

Top quality bedding
Just ordered a spare summer cotton bottom sheet. I've been a customer for many many years at my last 2 homes and every product I've brought over the years has been of outstanding quality. It's great too that there are regular special offers available and that you can pay monthly too, spreading the cost. Highly recommend this company! Any items ordered are usually delivered in 1 to 2 days, which is impressive.

Duvet heaven
I have bought two duvet's from Linen Cupboard now and love them both. I have the partner duvet which is just awesome for the colder months, it did take a while to get to me but good communication throughout and worth the wait! I then bought the cotton duvet for summer but wasn't for me - not fluffy enough, returned it with no problems and bought the wool duvet which is truly a blessing, still has the fluff of a duvet but doesn't overheat at all! Lovely company and products locally made to a beautiful standard.

I recently bought linen bamboo sheet…
I recently bought linen bamboo sheet and pillow slips in the sale, wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I certainly was not disappointed.
The sheet is very deep and generous but does not move about in the bed.
Even though they are a bit expensive I think they are worth every penny.
The linen was beautifully packaged and delivered very quickly. Excellent service.❤️

Hi Linda, It is always advisable to wash sheets prior to first use to feel the sheet performing as it should. No loose fibres and no bobbling going forwards. It is great to hear the sheet feels lustrous and you are very happy with it. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Quality and service impeccable . .
I have recently bought two different types of pillowcases from this company and are extremely pleased with them . .
One pair was 600tc and made from supina cotton
and it literally feels like silk . .
The second pair was 1000tc and was in a sateen finish
and from the very start had a wonderful velvety finish .
Before I purchased them I had one or two questions regarding what might be most suitable for my personal
needs and I got in touch with them very easily . .
They were nothing short of brilliant in their help and advice . . .
I will definitely be making more purchases soon . .

Hi Michael, You have chosen two of our top favourite feeling ranges. The Californian grown Supima Cotton 600 Thread Count does feel so silky smooth due to the longer staple yarns and Sateen weave. I also agree the Egyptian Cotton 1000 Thread Count has a velvety almost buttery feel too again from the way it is woven and the high threads per square inch. We really appreciate your comments regarding our service and advice and look forward to assisting you again in the future if you are able to get out of bed!
Kind regards, Selena.
Service was 5 stars, product not so much.
The service off two lovely ladies was 5 starts without question. They made ordering and the process seamless and based off that, I would definitely return. In terms of the product, It isn't 5 stars. I ordered a mattress topper, and it thins out where your body makes contact, so becomes quite uncomfortable after 1 night's sleep. I'm not sure if it's just the standard of that product, or I need to purchase a more expensive one.

Hi Alan, Thank you for your review of the Cool Nights Mattress Topper. The filling is measured by weight prior to being blown inside the cassette pocket construction. Please do contact us directly if we can assist further with this unusual issue. Also a gentle shake from each of the corners may help distribute the filling somewhat after it has been packed up tightly for transportation. You can contact us on 01484 716282.

understanding sizes
Did not quite realise the depth of the fitted sheet but decided to accept the sheets.Other part of order was fine.
We did ring to discuss and nobody available to take the call and we left a ring back request which was followed up.That is always a sign of a good company.
