Exceptional quality and comfort.
I ordered a mattress topper in an unusual size. I had to wait for it to be custom made. The wait was absolutely worth it. The quality is amazing and the sleep experience brilliant. It has transformed my bed to top quality comfort. I am delighted with the product, and with the fitted sheets I bought to go with it. I 100% recommend this company as their products, delivery and customer service are exceptional.

Beautifully made and finished king-size…
Beautifully made and finished king-size pillows with strong seams; pillow covers very neatly finished with fine zips and pillow cases had a good deep inside flap. I ordered medium fill pillows as the only option displayed which is alright, but I would have preferred the fuller hotel version I experienced when away from home. Too late I saw the possibility of those later; overall an excellent product.
I subsequently bought small double fitted sheets; both they and pillow cases were Giza Egyptian cotton ; delightful against the skin.
My only disappointment was no small double sheets; why not? Full double too heavy for me.

Hi Jane, Thank you for taking the time to provide a detailed review. We are pleased you are happy with the craftsmanship of the Pillows and bedlinen you have received. Prior to ordering we are available to speak to to point you in the direction of the exact product specification you are looking for. With regards to Small Double Flat Sheets these are not in high enough demand to stock unfortunately. Thank you again.
Kind regards, Selena.

Could not supply what I ordered and took 3 weeks to tell me so! When I checked the product was still displayed on the website for purchase! Also asked them to stop sending emails to review a product I never received but they still keep sending them. Would give 0 stars if possible

Hi Johann, Thank you for your review regarding your Fitted Sheets purchase with us. Regrettably we were unable to bespoke make the Sheets you ordered from us due to a supply issue with the cloth. I realise this is very disappointing. We did email you to offer any alternative option from our website and acknowledged we would be happy to honour the price difference given this was our mistake. I am sincerely sorry this was not a good resolution for you personally and for any inconvenience.

Efficient service, disappointing product
Delivery very efficient. We are fnding the sheets disappointing. Do not fit well. Told they were made to allow for shrinkage, but still not a neat fit after a few washings. All around elastic not good enough to help the fit. Look sloppy. Sheets at 400 thread count cotton come out of wash stiff as a board and very difficult to iron. We should have been warned in our conversation. We payed for a custom size and good fabric for our needs but feel we got neither. We have not raised this with the provider as it was probably too late once we 'd used them.

Easy ordering process and speedy delivery.
I use the jersey stretch fitted sheets for our under sheet. They are easy care and long wear. I can recommend them as there’s no ironing needed. The sheets just stretch to the mattress. Brilliant!
