Order acknowledgment came through straight away, however didn’t receive the item as quickly as expected.

Phoned the number on the website and was dispatched the next day.

Couldn’t fault the customer service and the product is top quality.

Placed an order on 13/8/24 for items shown as in stock. Other than the order confirmation I'd had no further comms. Followed up on 09/9/24 and had a reply saying thay due to stock issues I should have had a call to say the order wouldn't be delivered and a full refund would be arranged.

I hadn't had the call and I'm awaiting the refund.

Very poor service. I would not recommend using the company.

Delivered the wrong footballs. Won’t arrange collection and refund. Over £100 wasted. Avoid this company. They say they can send what they want, not what you ordered and paid for

Placed my order online for 10 training footballs on Wednesday morning. Didn't have what I wanted in stock. Half an hour later recieved a phone call offering a better quality alternative at the same price.
Recieved the footballs next day ( Thursday) at midday.

Do not order from this company. Worst company ever. Allow you to place orders promise timescales that come and go do not fulfil the orders and then refuse to give you your money back. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Rude staff would shop elsewhere

Money taken straight away, items not in stock. They claimed they phoned me but chose not to email me. I chased a week later only to be told it would be in stock tomorrow. Still hoping I recieve the items, wouldn't purchase from them again!

Placed an order for 30 training balls. Noticed that they hadn't been dispatched the next day (they were ordered before 9:00am) so contacted Live4soccer to be told that they didn't have the items in stock and didn't know when they would be getting them in. Didn't see anything wrong with taking money for out of stock items but have issued a refund which will take 48 hours to received. This is a long time for a football club to be without a sizeable amount of cash

I'm in dispute with this company over my order which was claimed to be brand new - but the goal posts were marked and dirty. I contacted them about this and their initial response was for me to wipe the marks off.

On requesting a return I was told I would have to meet the return postage - they charged me over £10 plus VAT but their terms and conditions say they will only refund up to £6, so clearly they want to discourage returns.

I've requested feedback on how they would feel if they received dirty items but they've declined to comment so clearly they know it isn't acceptable but don't want to commit themselves in writing.

Needless to say I don't recommend this company.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY: given delivery date, confirmed delivery date, took our money, delivery date came and went, didn't answer calls, eventually said only way they could deliver was by us paying additional £300 !! Not even a reply to my last email. Shabby company, rubbish customer service too!

After my stuff arrived broken I was very disappointed and sent in a message. The company were fantastic at sorting the issue out for me and giving me a refund. Although the delivery service wasn't the best the customer service was fantastic when sorting out the couriers mistake!

Great service from ordering to delivery. After care support really helpful. As a youth football team we would recommend to other clubs.
