The audacity of this company telling customers who are having such a negative experience on their slots that they use a RNG and everythings regulated blah blah.
What they fail to mention is that game providers are offering companies like this a choice of which RTP they would like for their game.
Every game I've played has the lowest RTP possible when compared to other sites.
Ex. Cluster tumble has a 96.4% RTP on boyle sports and on live score it's 92%, that makes a good RTP game turn in to a poor one, consider how highly volatile this game is and you're really not doing yourselves any favours.
So if you think you're on a bad streak and the games are rigged that's somewhat true because you're going to have a much harder time getting any good returns from this site, resulting in losing more money faster because you're ultimately getting less spins for your money.
On top of this (can't speak for other sports), their football odds are the lowest I've ever seen, go compare them to any where else and you'll see, so if you bet big then this is the last site you want to do that with, literally throwing money away.
My guess is they are picking the lowest of everything within legal means to maximize their profits hence why if you Google them you'll see they are one of the top bookies out there which is probably why people are joining them.

I have £10 per month deposit but just got an email saying i can't use any promotions including free games and that if I contact customer service they won't tell me anything, so no reason given. I am an Irish customer. I had an account with livescorebet for years. Loyal beyond words. I have put up with the awful odds, the low payout in casino and settling bets wrong for years.
I have been fully verified for years.
Then after a tiny few Euro win they lock my account and ask for verification once again.
They ask me for passport or driving licence and bank statement or utility bill.
I send bank statement and passport and they say now they want additional driving licence and 2 government signed letters.

Simple free spin offer to this. I had trouble before with promo fine print terms where I was technically wrong but this time an offer showing 10 free spins for placing a 10 euro bet advert banner showed. I clicked into it and it brought me back to the main promo page. I placed bet and after a while the spins didn't appear. I got onto chat asking where they are , they said I need to opt in, I told them there was no opt in button... eventually after a while on chat the agent gave me a link where I opted in. I got back on chat and was told I wouldn't get the spins as I needed to opt in first. I explained the banner showed nothing to opt in when clicked but I was denied. Take into account I bet hundreds per day. Clearly the site didn't have an opt in button and was trying to catch people out. I've contacted gambling commission and advertising standards and I made official complaint , I will be potentially pursuing legal action now.

Played with live score for years, no problems whatsoever. I won a substantial amount and chose to play some of it. Received an email stating I was blocked from play until I spoke to a member of the team, that is totally fine and I understand. I then went onto live chat and explained that after suffering a recent illness, I now have hearing difficulties hearing and I would be unable to carry a phone chat, the member of the live chat team, who I spoke to, was lacking serious customer skills, offered no support, no alternative direction, and just kept pushing the number for me to call. Terrible betting site. Do not bother. Chat system is hell. Constantly having to start again from scratch answering the same questions. I have twice not been awarded a free bet for horseracing.
