Honestly site used to be best around. It's fallen off a cliff. Nowhere near as much inplay markets as used to be. Havnt received a freebet in probably over 2 yrs despite using regularly. Last Saturday I couldn't login for 3pm football. Customer service is awful. Live chat offer zero help. 36 hours to finally settle bet correctly but the stress and anger caused by their terrible service . The bet is settled correctly then cut you off, well no the bet clearly wasn’t settled correctly else I wouldn’t be telling you. Eventually 3 emails later they settle it, but no apology. Poor and won’t be using again after this

DO NOT waste your time or money on this casino! It's a complete rip off and you never ever win, it took me £96 to get a feature on big bass on 10p stake and it paid me £1.22! Conned once again over a freebet dispute which has been rightly owed. This has happened far too many times. Total con merchants. Just take my word for it, they offer promos but in every single promo i have entered-my reward was never paid out yet they took my money.

I've now been awaiting over 24 hours…
I've now been awaiting over 24 hours for my X2 £20 free bets to be added correctly to my account. I've spent hours on live chat and emails with numerous colleagues who have told me the bets are in my account on their side. I've troubleshooted over 6 times and still nothing. I was told the technical team would take a look and fix this yesterday and then today 24 hours later still nothing, for live chat to yet again inform me that they'll pass it onto the technical team again as a matter of urgency. Here I am still awaiting a resolution and fix to receive my X2 £20 free bets to be visible on my end to be used. It's a shame as I loved Livescorebet and was a very loyal customer. They scammed me off an uber eats gift…
They scammed me off an uber eats gift card from one of their promotions and then banned my account. Other than that, it's an okay sportsbook with decent promotions, ive had no other issue in the past.
the promotion was essentially "bet £10 on ___ and get an uber eats £10 gift card"
After talking to customer service agents 4 different times - nothing.
One of the customer service agents aggressively told me over and over again to close the chat.. the other one said it's expired and refused to give me any other explanation even though the terms of the promo said the gift card would be expiring (iirc) the 20th of october.
They then completely limited my bets to the point where i literally cannot bet at all, my account is fully restricted, just after just requesting help w getting the gift card in customer service.
i am not exaggerating on any of this.
