UK Parking Administration are scamming people, beware.
They are deliberately confusing signs with quadrants of the car park then making out you have not paid.
They know we paid, still denied the appeal.

After waiting in a queue at the self service tills an extremely rude member of staff told me I had to wait in the queue for the manned tills.

I have never been spoken down to like this in a shop and as a result I returned my Nike shopping bought earlier in the day due to experience in store

Don't waste your time or money going here, there's a parking scam with the Almondvale West parking areas, where you innocently park and even pay for parking yet still get a fine of £100. I've now researched this and others have been caught out with this scam. Avoid this outlet, the outlet never addresses this issue.

Parking machine issues - beware!

Parked up and paid for a visit back on 6th November, we received a final notification over the weekend, and no way to appeal (window has closed, even though we just received the letter).

Checked my on-line banking, clearly a payment made on the day - but now no way to escalate it, or contact the outlet for help.

Again another issue with the parking and the confusion on the fact one big car park is actually two that you need to pay two separate people.
I understand the car park issuing fines is not there car park but seen as there whole page is flooded with the same issue, perhaps they should barrier off the other car park to make it obvious. There is a few signs saying ‘entering the red zone’ but that means nothing. A lot of car parks use colour coding so people can remember where they park. It’s not clear and although the complaint isn’t about the Mall directly, seen as there having the same issue over and over again….. perhaps they should do something about it to make it clearer for the people who want to spend money in the centre!

Most disgusting bathrooms ever. Stinks of Urine. Urine all over the floors - cleaning non-existent or too infrequent. Whilst I understand that its a high traffic area its still not an excuse.

If I could give this car park something less than one star I would. This car park charges disabled people for parking the same as all other users. This is an absolute disgrace. They should have this well sign posted prior to parking. I have just received a parking charge £100 for using a disabled space at this site, advising that it will be discounted if paid by 25/10, or you can appeal, which I did and they were quick to reject my appeal.
I wasn’t aware of this, as there is no signage at the disabled spaces advising that charges are levied this should be clearly shown so that people are aware of this at the time of parking. In most other areas in Scotland parking is free for disabled people even in City centres. I find this utterly disgusting that disabled people are being victimised in this way and Almondvale Shopping Centre need to take some responsibility as it is their customers who are being penalised. Who is policing these charlatans? Obviously no one! West Lothian Council should be bringing these sharks to tasks and Almondvale themselves should be ashamed of how their customers are being treated especially the disabled.
