Absolute negligence
We signed a 10-month contract with Livingstone Estates to manage our property. While the relationship was difficult throughout, their final exit process was a complete disaster.
Livingstone Estates failed to attend the check-out appointment when the tenant left. Instead, they left our property completely unattended, only showing up two days later to take photos and a video. Because they failed to do a real-time handover or a proper check-in/check-out reconciliation, we returned to find 39 items missing from our home and 20 items broken.
To make matters worse, the tenant left behind several months of unpaid water and internet bills. Throughout the tenancy, the agency's leniency toward the tenant was deeply concerning and highly unprofessional.
Our property was never safe in their hands. I possess full photographic and documented proof of every single claim stated here.
