I have chosen LLAC as a couple of neighbours had recommended them and I’d seen the great job they did in their houses. Ylli, Genc and all the team were professional, had working, considerate and trustworthy. I’ve added some ideas for loft conversion, and they executed them perfectly. I recommend them 100%

I decided to go with LLAC construction…
I decided to go with LLAC construction because they did few loft extensions in my street and my neighbours recommended them. I am glad I made the right choice and now, I am very happy with my new loft and ensuite wet room. Genc, Ylli and all the team were always there to answer any queries and managed the whole process with total professionalism. The work took around 6 weeks in total to complete which was great. I would definitely recommend LLAC to anyone. Thanks again for a fantastic job!

We had our loft conversion done just…
We had our loft conversion done just few months ago and are very happy with the result. The quote was very clear, and all extras spelt out to us so knew exactly what to expect. The plans, application & building control was all taken care of, we didn’t have to do a thing. The build itself was excellently handled by Ylli, Genc and his team. All his team were very professional and hard working. The office team were very friendly as well and respond quickly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend LLAC

Fantastic job
We recently used LLAC to build an extension and loft conversion for us. Fabulous company to work with, they did a fantastic job. Many good suggestions and implementation of our ideas. We are extremely happy with the results and would without question use them again. We are more than happy to recommend them and in fact, we have already referred them to a number of our friends and family.

Excellent work
Excellent workmanship on both our loft conversion and kitchen extension. Top quality finish. Jobs were all finished within the original quote and within the time specified. All of the team are a pleasure to have around and have given excellent advice and have great ideas.
Many thanks to LLAC team and Ylli for providing a complete service along with advice, suggestions and practical solutions. I can highly recommend LLAC who worked incredibly swiftly and conscientiously.
