5 star phone call
I called today to add an additional driver to my policy. Just an absolute amazing experience, Danielle was super helpful, extremely kind and happy and Danielle really knew her stuff. Danielle took her time and was very helpful. The whole process was easy and such a personal caring touch. I would highly recommend this insurance company and if you manage to have Danielle on the phone then you will get the best help and guidance. thanks a bunch.

I noticed that my wife's name had not been added for business insurance on the policy. Amelia Drummond took my initial phone call and then the problem was resolved within 15 minutes via email and a new insurance certificate issued. Super happy with the service (especially on a Friday afternoon)

Was put straight through and spoke to Katie, who sorted everything.
She expained a couple of things that weren't clear to me and sorted new policy document.
Extremely knowledgeable and polite.
If only all call centres were this good.
