Missing item
Received my package but one item was missing. Have contacted them 3 times and twice the postmaster said couldnt deliver wrong email even though I was told to send it to that address. So 3rd time I replied to the support email and have heard nothing for 5 days. No phone number or info how to escalate the complaint. Customer service non existent.
Lack of professionalism
I am writing to express my significant concerns regarding my recent visit to your Thornton Heath pharmacy located at CR7 7HQ. As a loyal customer for over two decades, I was deeply disappointed by the service I received today. My experience was particularly distressing due to feeling overlooked, as two other customers were served before me, and the unavailability of one of my essential medications.
The previous pharmacist, who recently retired, consistently provided exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment and recognizing customers personally. In stark contrast, the current staff exhibited a noticeable lack of professional demeanor and customer service etiquette. Their engagement in personal conversations about prior employment, while seemingly disregarding my presence, was perceived as both impolite and disrespectful. This experience has unfortunately led me to consider seeking pharmaceutical services elsewhere.
Tried to place an order on Monday 23rd…
Tried to place an order on Monday 23rd February for an electric toothbrush and it said payment failed please try another card, which I did and again it said payment failed please try. Upon checking my online banking the amount was infact pending for £36 the next day I contacted through online messages as Lloyds don’t deal with any online others over the phone other than prescriptions, they responded the with the amount should not leave your account as no order was created. The next day the amount had left my account so I contacted them again and another day for a response asking me for screenshots of my banking card numbers dates etc which I provided then another day for a response of it’s been passed onto accounts to be looked into. It should show still in your account within 7 days still but not that I would get a refund ! I then messaged again to say it’s not showing in my account as pending but has left my account and will I get a refund ?! 2 days on no response so looks like this isn’t getting resolved any time soon. Would try and purchase anything from this company because if the payment fails they can take the money from your account and your left sending messages which don’t get response or take days to respond to each 1 that you reply to them with but then you are left like me struggling to get your own money back and spending weeks sending messages to them

I purchased a weight loss injectable pen from Lloyds pharmacy named wegovy I used the pen once and the next Time the pen didn't work I told them and was told it shouldn't have done that and this cost me around £70 so I changed it to mounjaro at the cost of £175 I was to keep it in the fridge my fridge is set on number 4 when I went to use it it looked a bit misty so I told them and was told to throw the pen away and my fridge must be faulty my fridge is new and has never had anything in the fridge that has frozen and they told me not to use it and there is nothing they can do about it unless I paid them another £175 for another pen I am only on a pention and can't do it, this company is a disgrace they didn't want to know they kept saying we have told you not to use it so this covers them from any blame i lost £245 they are not very pleasant to you I am over weight and I was desperate to lose some weight to stop the pain from my arthritis I am in my late 70 I would tell others to be careful whey buying off these people they are nice to you when you buy from them but if you have a problem they don't want to know I am going to take it further they won't take all that money from me without a fight and I will contact trust pilot to let people know when something positive comes up I will fight this to the end I am not letting them take my money from me they told me to throw it away without any proof it was frozen or condensation
Outstanding customer service
Unfortunately I was taken ill and short notice admitted to hospital without any of my usual medications.
I called Lloyds at lunchtime on Friday and requested an emergency supply of my medications which are so specialised the hospital couldn’t obtain them. However on the phone Ertan organised a full supply of everything I needed which was delivered by courier to my hospital by 5pm that same day!! Amazing customer service and a life line for me. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Really fantastic. There was a risk that the courier might mess up despite Ertans careful business solution to get my meds delivered but this time the courier was spot on called me and I came down to reception to collect. Couldn’t recommend Lloyds Pharmacy and Ertan more.Just brilliant overall service.

- 2 days later I get a notification from my bank that a refund is being processed
- LLoyds then tell me they can't ship to my postcode
They failed to provide something after their checkout page showed no warnings about my postcode *and* after they messaged me approving the order, leaving me in a position where I have to wait for up to a week for my refund to process before I can look elsewhere. If my postcode is somehow impossible to post to their checkout page that requires me giving my address should have flagged or at least warned me and they should have cancelled the order instead of approving it, starting to process then retroactively saying shipping is an issue

What they sent was not what I ordered nor what was advertised. When I pointed it out, they denied it. I provided proof and they just said oh we'll look into it. But I'm still out of pocket with a medication I didn't order or want.
Dismal experience with Lloyds Pharmacy. Avoid them!
Awful experience with Lloyds Pharmacy.
They force you to go through a 50 step process to be able to make a simple repeat pharmacy purchase. You have to send them endless videos and photos (to prove your ID) etc.
Never had this amount of time wasted with any other online pharmacy. Cancelled order. Bought from elsewhere in a jiffy. Will never order from Lloyds Pharmacy again!
Prescribed wrong dose
Beware getting asthma inhalers from Lloyd’s Pharmacy, they make mistakes and refuse to rectify it. My daughter had an emergency appointment at her GP because her inhaler wasn’t working and needed something different.
Dr gave her a prescription for Fobumix at 120 doses. I rushed to get her the inhaler and only realised later on in the day that they gave her one with only 60 doses, 60 doses less!
I went back to the pharmacy and because it has been used, they refused to give another 60 dose one to make up to 120. Now she’s going to tell her dr why she’s ordering her inhaler earlier than she should because Lloyds couldn’t be bothered to use their eyes and read the box.
Instead they tried to blame us! I was more concerned in helping my daughter get some relief, not do their job for them. Disgusting uncaring attitude from Lloyds pharmacy. Go elsewhere.
Poor delivery and nonexistent customer service
My order was marked as delivered while I was at home, but it was left outside near a wall with no clear information on where it had been placed. I couldn’t locate it at all.
I’ve tried to contact Lloyds Pharmacy multiple times over the past two weeks and have been completely ignored. No response, no resolution.

Each item I ordered had 15mm oil and were same I normally buy from local chemist. I received a totally different product 10mm, different product from a different brand from the picture which was our main reason for ordering. Then wouldn't refund the items. Do not buy from here.
Customer service very slow
Unfortunately my order went missing during delivery. Although this was not the fault of Lloyds Pharmacy, their customer service was very slow to respond to emails, sometimes waiting over 2 days to hear back. I ordered through them as a company I'd heard of and trusted but would not do so again.

Worse experience ever. Avoid 100% worse pharmacy. Save your time and money and buy from any other pharmacy but not this company. Time wasters.
45 minute wait for script
Only local pharmacy that takes hospital scripts, 45 minute wait. A name called every 7 minutes. Get some more staff.

Customer service was fine, but this is largely irrelevant since they insist on using Evri, ranked the worst courier in the UK 3 years running by Ofcom.
That they use this outfit to deliver prescription drugs is baffling.
Update: they can’t send a replacement as it’s direct from a supplier in N Ireland, who is unable to fulfil the order. So, be aware that, in this case, LP are acting as dropshippers.

False next day delivery
They sold me a baby milk with an extra charge for next day delivery and delivered it 3 days later. When I rea he'd out to them about it, they said that means "next working day delivery". I feel scammed.

Ordered som ready made formula as my baby is on prescription milk being premature. Ordered on the monday I clicked next day delivery £4.99 as needed it for a hospital appointment on the Thursday. Upon paying at checkout it said I was getting standard delivery which was £2.99. Which wouldn't arrive on time,i emailed company, they did get back to me quite quickly and sent me an invoice to pay an extra £2 to change it to next day delivery. I paid this and waited for delivery... it had not arrived by Wednesday, emailed them.. no reply... 8 days later still no delivery. Called company and to spoke to a gentlemen that said my order is paused as I had not paid the full fee.. I said what do you mean? He said for next day delivery the fee wasn't paid, i explained to him about the invoice that was sent to me that I had paid... he said its not paid. I checked my bank statement while on phone which showed two payments gone out for them including the extra £2 for next day delivery. He said well we haven't received it.
Anyway I cancelled the order as it was now useless really as I wanted it for the appointment that had been and gone. Ive been refunded the money for the milk but not the extra £2 that had gone out my bank for the delivery. Won't be ordering again from them.
Lousy company with poor customer care
I have ordered 2 items in the last few weeks and both have been cancelled as they didn’t have the item. Their website is a joke and so is their customer service who didn’t bother to reply back to a customer’s grievance. They have no clue about what they have in the inventory, they show all items as available to order without even having it in stock.
