I found that in dealing with the representative it was very easy. They new all about the subject matter, and was extremely patient when explaining elements to me.

Delayed my case
Lack of response, paid for a service I didn't get! They held my case up not completing things in a timely manner closed the case without notification to me and did not refund the charge when requested.
