I'm genuinely disappointed to read your review, as it doesn’t reflect the service you received. I’ve personally reviewed your application in detail.
You applied at 13:42 on 4th November and were contacted by Amber just one minute later, at 13:43. Your fact find was completed by 14:30 that same day. The following morning, your application was reviewed by an underwriter at 10:47, and by 10:51 you were advised by email that unfortunately we were unable to find a lender able to offer the loan you applied for - All of the above we have evidence and recordings off.
We always aim to provide a fast and transparent service, and I believe our team acted promptly and professionally throughout. While I appreciate that the outcome wasn’t what you hoped for, it was based purely on lender affordability criteria, not a lack of service.

I can’t thank Nick and his team enough for their amazing support. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about delivering the best possible service. Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It’s so refreshing to deal with a team who take real pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — truly a 5-star experience!

I work in a customer facing environment and very much appreciate all the hard work, tenacity, patience that was afforded throughout what has been a long and complex application.
Each week, and indeed each day, unearthed a new challenge, and the team always came with a positive attitude and intent, as well as solutions on how to overcome them, borne from their wealth of experience and knowledge in the market.
A special shoutout to Vicky and Alan who were instrumental in getting things over the line, not least the tenacity in resolving the Help to Buy issue, as well as recognition to the wider team for their support too.

Loans warehouse found the right deal gorgeous me then connected to an advisor Wayne talked through my finances, then explained about the right contract deal and period of loan, what documents I would need to send, then kirsty took me over the last part, the team Is very patient respectful with you every step.
