Professional and friendly service…
Professional and honestly best service I have received from all members of the team that I was dealing with. Whenever I was calling call was picked up and if I couldn't speak to my keys manager immediately I would get response within minutes and when I needed help Karen was always more than happy to help. Loans Warehouse provided a faultless service: quick, efficient and friendly. It met and exceeded all my requirements and was extremely quick, whilst also being very thorough.

Low fees, no hidden fees, no beating around the bush
No hidden fees, and if anything is unclear, just give them a bell and they'll explain in simplest way.
We initially spoke with Greg and in the short time we liaised, he was amazing, friendly, professional and very helpful.
We then dealt with Karen and she was fantastic throughout, always ensured the process goes as smooth as possible. She liaised with the solicitors and lenders, chased things up, and always came back to us quickly. Both were great to deal with, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
