They turned up to do a day course which is 6 hours the trainer said he finished at 12.30 so only 3 hours. Do not use this company as they do not deliver the amount of training they advertise.... Voir plus

I having done over 10 first aid courses …
I having done over 10 first aid courses including a 3 day course can honesty say that I am 90% In theory a first aider.. I feel sorry for the 1st time participants as they didn't have the relevant practical instruction. Good job I have. Sorry for bad review

Excellent First Aid at work day course
Many thanks for an excellent First Aid At Work course last week. It was well structured and the participation sections were perfectly timed for keeping it lively. Rob Lazaro was really very good and having attended several courses over the last 10 years, his was by far the best. we all agreed. He is a nice chap and has a good manner and we didn’t feel that he was just repeating something he does a lot, it was a fresh delivery. Please pass on our thanks to him.

First Aid (6 hours)
Poor trainer who did not seem enthusiastic or at times remotely interested. Paid little to no attention to the detail of practical assesments and had not prepared which online video aides he would show, seeming to lick some of them at random. Trainer seemed more interested in whether or not he would be able to leave early.

Warning I was ripped off
Warning I was ripped off! I did contact the company to explain and ask for refund and was basically told that I would not get anything back because it was a technicality I paid over the odds for this course and wasn't happy at all as because off the fact they would not budge on refund I did go on this course which was good. True care are cowboys and Again STAY AWAY!

Great, but with some flaws...
A great course overall, but a few points were discussed which were not true. I.e. a personal is clinically dead once they stop breathing - this is not the case. As the trainer was delivering the course to people who are qualified medical doctors, I would have expected a more cautious approach to their teachings.
With this said, the overall content was very good and the experience was well received by all who attended.
