Terrible experience.
Lack of communication is a major problem for this company's Glasgow branch.
5 months from starting installing to it being finished is nowhere near what we were sold.
Installing lesser spec windows and doors which are clearly stated in their catalogue as "this is what our competitors do".
All nice and pleasant when looking at their products, but once you pay, you're ignored and not treated as a customer.
Delivered the kit, and within 5 minutes, they are on the phone demanding the balance.
There was so much wrong with our dealings with this company, we'll not recommend them to anyone.
Our complaints eventually went to the owner in Ireland, which I had to initiate as Glasgow branch kept saying "it's out of their hands", who, after a few messages back and forth we were lead to believe the Glasgow branch would get it sorted. Alas, we were wrong as they dragged their heels and took another 2 months to get the windows that were advertised. Yet, still no update or replies from my emails/messages asking for an update.
The overall dealings with the Glasgow branch are not good, but this is down to Eddie, their so called "customer care manager". We think they'll need to get a person that actually does care.
Who, incidentally, thought he could give us a meal voucher and all would be ok.
So, our opinion is a very honest review on our experience with this company.
We would not recommend them to anyone.
If we could give this a minus star rating, we would.

First of all, we sincerely apologise for the frustration you experienced. We fully accept that the delays and communication during parts of your project did not meet the standard we aim to deliver.
However, we do feel it is important to provide some additional context for anyone reading this review.
A project of this size involves several independent manufacturers and suppliers. The timber structure, windows, doors, roofing materials and many other components are produced by different specialist companies. Occasionally issues arise within that supply chain, as they do across the construction industry, and unfortunately your project was affected by this.
Despite this, we did not walk away from the project. We supplied the correct upgraded windows, completed the outstanding works and, as a gesture of goodwill, provided you with a complimentary gift voucher, even though we were under no obligation to do so. We simply wanted to acknowledge the inconvenience and do the right thing.
We are disappointed that the final rating reflects the journey rather than the finished product. We would kindly ask you to upload photographs of your completed cabin to this review so people can judge the quality of the final build for themselves. We are genuinely proud of the finished result.
If you believe our customer service deserved criticism, we respect your opinion. However, we feel that should be considered separately from the quality of the building itself, which was ultimately delivered to the specification agreed and finished to the standard expected of a Loghouse product.
We are constantly improving our processes and have already made changes following your project to improve communication and project management.
Once again, we apologise for the experience you had. We appreciate your feedback and genuinely wish you many years of enjoyment from your new Loghouse building.
Great experience from start to finish
I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to for the Loghouse team. We’ve been wanting a garden room for years but kept putting it off because of the hassle of finding a decent builder. Glad we went with these guys in the end.
The communication was spot on, no chasing them up for dates, they just kept us in the loop the whole time. When the build day actually came, the team just got on with it and left everything tidy, which I really appreciated. The cabin itself is lovely, smells amazing (that fresh wood smell!) and feels really sturdy. It’s actually warmer than our conservatory! If you're looking for a stress-free way to add a bit of extra space, I’d highly recommend them
