Absolutely exemplary
Everyone we have dealt with at triSaaS have been brilliant. Right from the get-go their service, attention to detail and responsiveness have been exemplary. So many companies are great with new customers and not so great with their ongoing support. Not triSaaS! Their ongoing customer support has been fantastic, with a special shoutout to Mengmei for always being on hand to answer my (usually stupid) questions!

Fantastic Product ... and fantastic team/support
We have been using logit across all our sites and it works great.
I am also able to see everything centrally and alerted if a check is missing. I also find the reporting function great to be able to pull data and trend data.
If there has ever been a question or query there support team has been fantastic as well as our account manager (Michael) who has supported the company and myself in the use of logit, always willing to help and provide support.

With recent updates to the system, it is easy to use, easy to control and very helpful for inter-business communications.

Amazing system and Amazing Staff
Unreal performance, Chris is the go to person for all items; We've even tried to adapt and "break" Logit and Contracts concierge and it just works too good.
We use the PPM, audits, calendar tool which are the best thing we've invested in and also we report all our results to out UK and oversees head office which ticked all boxes this year for audit issues from 2022 before we used Logit!
