Quick, easy covid test for Portugal fit to fly
Got an antigen/lateral flow covid test for Portugal. I had to adjust a previous booking and they were very flexible. Always responsive by email as well! We were in and out the clinic quickly and emailed our QR codes/records promptly.

The results didn’t come in 24hrs
I chose London Covid clinic because of their commitment of sending results in 12-24 hrs. Unfortunately I received my results 2 hours later than 24 hrs… Also when I went to my appointment in the morning at 9 am, the clinic wasn’t open and I had to wait for 10 minutes. So if you’re really in a hurry, please consider these kind of delays for this clinic.

Hi Guray, sorry for the delay, 2 hours is actually ok during these busy times. Unfortunately, this is the current situation in the UK: labs are very busy processing samples, all clinics are busy so it's actually hard to find an appointment (everybody has been very thankful to find appointments with us), there are severe delays in results, but that is not just with us but with everybody else.I am sure if you would've emailed us we could've sped it up for you as we tend to reply to our emails quite quick. If you want to email us to discuss further please do so and we can arrange a partly refund. Thank you
Don't believe a 24 hour result
Having paid £99 for a Day2 PCR test for which I was guaranteed a result within 12-24 hours, this did not arrive until nearly 28 hours later. No-one replied to the telephone or email enquiries and there was no apology for the delay. A guarantee of up to 24 hours should mean that, not 28 hours. Not a good service.

Been using this clinic for a year now and they have always been supportive and understanding, they are helpful and friendly staff. By the way this is the only clinic in London who opens Monday to Sunday 🔥🔥
