The super-efficient and effervescent Rachel looked after me, explained what was going to be done and asked if there were any points requiring attention.
After throwing in a free car wash she showed me where to sign them and then escorted me to the waiting area and provided me with coffee.
Once the car was ready she explained the paperwork and then accompanied me to where my car was waiting.
All of this with a permanent smile and a sunny disposition!

Seen the car I wanted at Charles Hurst Belfast and the whole process went very well. Adam, the salesman was easy to talk to and helpful. We agreed a price, he got the car Mot'd and prepared quickly and I sent the money over. Overall, I'm pleased and the car is going well. Just, one small glitch. Charles Hurst do not accept payment by bank card, I had to send the payment by transfer from home! If you've got an app on your phone you'll be ok.

One star less as previous companies have given me a courtesy car for the day whilst the service was happening as we have a daughter with disabilities and it is essential to have a vehicle for her. The only downside is Charles hurst Peugeot don’t offer this.

Bought a new Kia in Jan 2025, was told I would get a free first service as part of the deal however sales denied this was ever a thing and tried to gaslight me into believing that they were talking about free warranty work.
Moral of the story, get any agreed free extras in writing or added to your account before leaving with your car.

From start to finish I’ve no complaints. My car was taken from me as I arrived and they kindly allowed for my 3 dogs to come with me while I waited for Conor who was dealing with me. He was extremely professional and gave me all the Information I needed. I was in for a recall and everything that could be completed was done so on the day. They kindly cleaned my car also which was lovely.

Made very welcome on entering the showroom by Sean showroom manager who asked a few questions about what model i was looking for etc. I was handed over to Mark showroom salesman who had been briefed by Sean on what I was looking for. Mark was excellent at his job talking me through the different specifications of each model. I can honestly say I had an amazing buying experience.
