Tried to overcharge me by £70 when I collected the car.

Marshall Skoda Dartford have been going down hill for years on the service side, and they just don't care.
I only use them because I have to for warranty and recall.

I had an MOT and mini service booked for my Nissan Leaf at 2.00pm. I had to wait in the showroom because no courtesy car was available. Just before 6pm they finished with my car but it had failed the MOT due to a new tyre not being the same size as the one on the other side and split windscreen wipers. I was able to get my tyre changed free of charge by the tyre retailer. I purchased new windscreen wipers. I had been told I could just bring my car in again and they would fit me in for a re-test MOT. When I turned up they said they were fully booked for the next few days. My MOT will have expired. I have had to re-book and pay for an MOT at a date and time to suit me elsewhere. Such unhelpfulness and negativity from a garage I have purchased my car from and used for servicing and MOTs for a number of years has made me realise that I do not wish to have anything further to do with this garage ever again.

had a very positive pre-sales experience with Nick and Nuno, but unfortunately everything went downhill after the purchase.
The vehicle was delivered with both exterior and interior damage. Initially, Nick asked me to leave the car with him for repairs after I had already part-exchanged my vehicle and driven three hours to collect it. He then suggested sending me a touch-up pen for a £37,000 car I had just purchased, which was very disappointing.
After some discussion, they agreed to send a repair company. However, the technician advised that the touch-ups would likely make the damage look worse and stand out more. For the interior scratches, I agreed to accept a rubbing compound instead, simply to avoid wasting more time. It has now been over a week since Nick last acknowledged my email about sending this.
In addition, it took them 10 days to return my deposit, even though their head office had refunded the majority of it the day after the transaction.
Overall, this was a very poor experience from a main dealer. I would not recommend them, and situations like this are exactly why car dealers often have a bad reputation.

After looking for a car for several months I arrived at Marshal Skoda Letchworth a little fed up with cars and sellers. It was a great experience to be looked after by this team. Tony and Alex were really patient and talked me through my options, communicated really well delivered what they said they would. I accompanied my daughter to Audi Coulsdon and we were seen by Sam - Sam instantly made us feel at ease, she has a beautiful energy and warm smile and I knew wed came to the right place.
My daughter didn't make her purchase on our first visit but we had made a connection with Sam and knew we would certainly come back when she was ready - today she purchased her car and is incredibly happy, it's clear Sam has gone above and beyond to get us the best deal and one that is right for my daughter.

I brought a car from Exeter Audi last week and I must say it was a pleasure to deal with them!! The professionalism is second to none. Special mention to Brad Mellish who made the whole experience so easy with his superb customer service - he’s a real credit to the branch. I brought an automatic and in my 26+ years in driving I’d never driven an automatic before so was a bit apprehensive when we went for the test drive, but his tuition was superb and made me feel at ease straight away!! Purchasing the car was simple with consistent communication. These guys really do look after you, nothing is too much trouble even the smallest detail is taken care of, they care!! I popped into the service office in Nottingham to book in a repair to my faulty reversing camera, which is covered by a 3-year warranty. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, confirmed that the repair was covered by the warranty and would call me back a few days later. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the call at the time, so contacted Marshall requesting that they call me again . I never received a call back. I visited the service office again, several weeks later, only to find that the salesperson was on holiday; a colleague found my paperwork and said that nothing had been sorted out in terms of ordering the required part, but would ensure that I would be contacted as soon as the salesperson had returned from holiday. I am still waiting for the call.

Visited show room and was not pressurised and left to look around the cars. Staff knowleadeable on the cars and could answer all questions and arranged a test drive. Purchase was easy and kept informed of progress and followed up with good aftercare service to ensure I was happy. Would recommend

I went to drop my car off for repair this morning at Marshalls Land Rover Melton Mowbray, and had requested a courtesy car on my booking i made 5 weeks ago and when i arrived i was told there was no courtesy car available and that i would have to rebook!
I travel over 30 minutes to go to Marshalls as i have had good service in the past and swapped over to them after bad service with Stratstone so there was no way of me getting back home again.
I was furious that no one had called me that morning or the night before when the must get all of the jobs ready for the next day to tell me that a courtesy car was not available. A wasted journey and with fuel being the price it is currently i was not happy wasting 30 miles of fuel!
Really bad attitude of the staff in there aswell. Very unfriendly and not apologetic.

This is my second car purchased from Marshall Motor Group hence my 'glowing' review. Both experiences have been exceptional from start to finish that being down to Elliott Chaplin the sales advisor and the amazing cars I have bought. Picked up my new one yesterday after having changed my mind from a different vehicle that I has signed for ( decided to go electric). I was nervous about having wasted Elliott's time with all the paper-work and planning he had done but it was absolutely NOT a problem and I was given extremely helpful advice and direction. The process was seamless from start to finish and I would wholly recommend anybody to purchase their car from Marshall. Everything was explicitly explained to me regarding the finance alongside how to navigate the controls etc of an electric vehicle. I would give the customer service a review of 11/10. Thank you so much Elliott for going above and beyond for me.

First impressions count, and we thought the showroom was clean, modern and well laid out with enough space to see all the cars.
The team were fantastic from our initial chat all the way through to the final handshake on handing over my new keys. They were very patient in answering all my questions, and finding the right deal, over a time frame of about 4 months. We all felt that they had great knowledge of the industry and all aspects of the cars in the showroom.
The car is fantastic, and I would highly recommend a trip to Marshall Gatwick to see for yourself the cars on offer tallied with an excellent customer experience.
