I have bought various items of bags, shoes, wallets etc over the years. Charlotte is great to deal with, postage tracked etc and all very speedy considering I live in the Canary Islands where post is at a snails pace! All items boxed with certs etc... wouldnt hesitate to use her again 🤩 thanks chica!

I have purchased various items and they have always arrived quickly, and most importantly are as described.
Any time I have had any questions they have been responded to quickly. I would definitely recommend them

Sent them boots in February which they received. Sent me a message saying the leather was damaged so they will only sell for half. I said fine and then awaited the sale. I checked and they were not on the website so I messaged to clarify what was happening with the boots. I have messaged them multiple times and emailed and they have not replied at all. So they have my boots and are now ignoring all of my messages. Do not use this company, I will be taking legal action against them.

Edit: Since they have decided to reply and continue the lie about when the boots were uploaded, I'd like to make it clear that I have screenshots showing that the date the product was uploaded was not '7 days after they received the product' it was actually almost a month later. I'm assuming they just don't know how a websites source code works and to clarify they uploaded the boots the same day they finally responded to my messages. Also since they have time to reply to my review I would also appreciate it if they could reply to my email since they returned my boots with the box damaged and a missing dust bag. They are horribly unprofessional to deal with, called me silly for uploading my review after ignoring my messages for over a week and are still refusing to be honest about their poor business practice. They made me pay £11 to have the boots returned to me. Absolutely disgusting considering I needed the boots returned because they failed to do what they promised and also the boots arrived showing the postage cost under £5 sp just another scammy business practice from them.

Stay away from this company at all costs, if they had just held their hands up and said sorry we forgot to put your boots online etc I wouldn't really have cared. The lack of response to my messages and their dishonest and frankly rude behaviour after really shows what type of a business they are.

Fantastic communication throughout the whole shopping experience and my beautiful, immaculate bag arrived as promised! Wouldn’t hesitate to shop from this store again, and I’ve already listed some items for consignment since I trust them so much!

So far I trust this company, the shipping was not so fast but the items arrived.

Tried to sell my jacket to this company.
After agreeing on price i posted the item with my own money ( other companies covers the shipping cost) then i find out that they havent been able to authenticates it so if i wanted my jacket back i had to pay £9 for the postage. 14 pound wasted that was.
