Loved the food! It was so easy for me to make sure I ate my 3 meals a day as it was so quick to make.

More packaging than food.

I ordered a bundle of 5 dishes which were supposed to have a value of £30, they were advertised as salads, rice and fish. I received a container with soup, oats and my favourite, an enormous box containing just strawberry jam and cream. The only reason the food has any value is from the costs of the outrageous and completely oversized packaging.

I also had to call twice, both not answered and then when I got a call back the woman was very rude and hung up on me.

When I received my first order, I couldn’t wait to try the food. The packaging isn’t bad, I’d even go as far as to say it’s the best bit about the brand! Upon delivery, the food didn’t feel cold to touch, however, I was not concerned as I was at home when it arrived and was quickly able to transfer everything to the fridge.

I started my day with the breakfast oats, and that was simply awful. I was not expecting gourmet and I am open to trying new things, but I couldn’t get the breakfast down my throat. This was later followed by my lunch, which tasted rancid - it was slimy, smelt off, the chicken was rubbery and tasted old. Overall, both breakfast and lunch the meal were positively bin-worthy.

These were followed by the carrots, beetroot hummus, which equally tasted vile and joined breakfast and lunch in the bin. I had the almond drink (which didn’t taste good, but not as deadly as the meals).
I wasn’t expecting a La carte food or food packed with salt and seasoning, but what had, did not fill me with confidence to go through the same ordeal the next day. So in the bin everything went! I am so so bitterly disappointed! I’ve been back to read the reviews and study them and it would appear that the positive reviews are written by people with vested interest. One of the reviews talks about the chef being a Star chef! You wouldn’t know that to add to your review unless you are promoting a brand! I knew it looked and sounded too good to be true, and it is! It’s a no brainer why they promote it for weight loss! You never get to eat the meals!

Good food, timely delivery. Everything is portioned out with the dietary information available. Good for loosing weight if you are struggling with portion-control and sticking to a calorie-limit. Great value for money!

I started the Veto plan a few weeks back now and am finding that it has really helped with my pre-diabetes - lowering the carb and sugars in my diet, I don't have to think about my meals and am able to get my stomach climatised to a healthier diet without having starve or drastic dieting. The staff are great at addressing any issues and quick to come back to me. Really feel supported. Thank you guys.

They are absolutely delicious and very filling and the fact they are so healthy is an added bonus! Would highly recommend trying them.

Food hasn’t been delivered and I don’t even have a compensation or my money back

The deliveries did not start when they said they would, therefor I was behind a day on most of them. For example, Monday and Tuesday were meant to arrive on Sunday so I could start the week, but they came Monday afternoon. And this continued.
I also found the food mostly bland and tasteless. It felt that for the price you pay you don’t get much.

Excellent food, loved it

Is a good choice if you want to eat healthy and balanced and if you don.t have time to cook.

I’ve struggled to lose weight in the past, in large part because I’ve not been great at calorie counting. When I’ve tried premade frozen meals from the supermarket I’ve got bored pretty quickly. I think that love yourself is going to work for me as it takes all the counting and guesswork out of the equation and you just eat everything that’s sent for a particular day. So far, the food has been exceptional and I’ve really enjoyed all of the meals. Would I have imagined having ginger coleslaw as a snack? Probably not before – but definitely do now, it’s delicious! Looking forward to seeing what they send next week!

Really enjoying the 1200 low carb menu. No repeat foods. Lots of flavour. Very good.

Extremely unsattisfied , nothing is tasty , lots of tofu which state like dog food. you can end up gaining a few ponds the menu is soo boring and super untasty.
