The food is totally delicious! And they are a lovely company to deal with. Only thing is when you get the deliveries via DPD you don’t get your breakfast until 9.40-10.40 and if I’m not in I end up eating breakfast at lunchtime!

Very tasty food, creative recipes. I am very pleased I am giving this a go!

I recently subscribed to the 4 week Mon - Fri Keto meal plan. I received my first delivery yesterday morning, and it came with 2 days’ worth of meals. The meals were delicious, however, one of the breakfast packs containing coconut porridge and skimmed milk, spilt on the other meal packs. I only managed to scoop up a bit to eat, it was a bit of a shame as it tasted really nice. Other than this little hiccup, I cannot fault the food or the service on the whole. I wrote to the customer care team about the spillage and asked them to ensure that the meals were packed securely when going out for delivery. They apologised profusely and issued me a complementary voucher towards my next order. It’s reassuring to know that the meals are healthy and gluten free.

Great company, great concept, food is delicious and you get to loose weight too. The portions look small but are completely ample. I'm a huge fan

First time I have tried something like this, and it’s been excellent, I chose the low carb 6 day meal plan.
The meals have all been very different and some of the ingredients I would never think to do for myself.
I live up in Yorkshire and all deliveries came between 10 in the morning all very well packed.
I would highly recommend this service, if I could afford it I would do this much more often, well done Love Yourself for such a high standard and delicious meals.

Totally blown away with the great quality of the food items, they are freshly prepared and delivered (2 days food delivered a night before)

Very easy to place an order and get it customised for suit your dietary requirements or allergies.

Highly recommend specially if you are time pressed or struggling to find time for cooking.

It's a great service but slightly expensive.
Food is quite good and diverse and new ingredients and recipes.
The average price is £5-6 which doesn't seem much, but some of the snacks etc are quite small (as they should be to keep the calories low) so net net It's a pricy endeavour.
Soups are the ones where I really don't appreciate them as much - have tried 3-4 and some are a miss the others so-so so would be great to skip them (specially thinking that they are worth £5-6)

Worked really well I averaged 1lb a day weight loss. Didn't like all of the dished but that was my personal preference.

Brilliant idea - to receive freshly made keto ready meals that are both delicious and nutritious! It makes the whole concept of keeping a keto diet super easy and achievable so Thankyou!!

My experience with Love Yourself is great so far - my interactions with customer team is excellent and Maria and Joanne were very efficient. The food quality is high and delivery driver Grzegorz is delivers on time with care. My objective is to maintain my muscle mass and Performance Diet is just the right one

Overall, the food is very tasty and I am happy with this program :-) one piece of feedback would be to make sure there is a variety in the meal selection as I’ve received chia seed pudding as breakfast and a snack as well as breakfast for the next morning.. so that was less enjoyable, but as long as you keep that in mind it’s well worth the money!

The food is really tasty, but it’s a bit embarrassing how tiny the portions are. I understand that macros for keto have to be maintained- but dieting is not only feeding your body. Eyes, movement etc it all Playa roles. I am a month I’m keto and the portions are so small I keep eating additional food…

After two weeks of Keto Diet and being half way, I can leave a review.
The food is always freshly prepared, properly packed, and delivered in a timely manner.
The food is tasty. I love the fact, that the packaging is recyclable.
I love also that you can access their nutritionist.

Though after two weeks, I start to miss a bit the taste of sweet, even though I am not a sweet tooth. I think include either in the snack or breakfast at least one sweet ( by following Keto standard obviously) would be nice, I can find online recipes for Keto pancakes or french toast for example. Though I realise that it might be more complicated to do.

The other downside, is the fact that, we cannot select preferences( but basic allergies are included though). For example, lots of meals (3-4 a week) include mushrooms and a lot of them, which is literally my least favourite thing. On top of it, they get really watery.

So at the end, the repetition of some ingredients, and lack of "gourmand or gourmet" meals/options, make the experience a bit repetitive.

However, the diet works though, as I lost already a bit of weight, it would just make it easier to keep up with it with more variety in taste or ingredients.
I do not regret investing in the meals and might pursue an extra month or 6 weeks to get to my objective, with the low carb or balanced diet and will come back to review those.

I enjoyed the last 5 day pescatarian meal plan in 2022. I was a customer last year and had some issues but I must say I noticed improvement. The only thing I would say is that I wished they had low carb/ high protein pescatarian or veggie option; but I realise they actually offer a quite good selection of different diets and this would be going into too much fiddle. However, to gain customers who are females who train and do not eat meat, would definitely be the call for this type of diet option.

Most of the meat was tasted bland and dry

This is the first meal service I have ever tried and am absolutely loving it. The meals are seasoned very well. They look like your normal TV dinner, but every meal tastes homemade. I also love that they give you food for the whole day including snacks. I haven't gone grocery shopping since I started the service. They are fully cooked so you just pop them in the microwave and they are done. I am not an extremely picky eater and have enjoyed almost every meal. There have been a couple meals that I would not have picked, but it is more of a taste issue. I would highly recommend. It is worth every penny.
