Your review is really important to us and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
We’re passionate about the service we deliver to our customers and we would like to take this opportunity to apologies if our email responses have failed to meet your expectations.
We certainly wouldn't expect any member of staff to use aggressive context within any form or correspondence to our residents.
