Exactly What We Needed

Really happy with our new LRS Staff Paging System (T9561EZ with 10 SP4 pagers). Super helpful team on the phone, fast delivery, and the range is spot on. Makes life much easier. Would definitely recommend!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Our collaboration with LRS.UK company was excellent! Tracy responded immediately to all the emails we sent and did her best to deliver our orders as quickly as possible, even though the initial lead time was 3 weeks after the order confirmation!

Great customer service

Jacci who we dealt with was very helpful , she even called to go over all our options . The device we ordered actually wasn't suitable in the end due to the set up of the building however jacci aws really helpful in arranging us a replacement and getting us what we needed . The customer service was great

We've been using LRS for 5 years now

We've been using LRS for 5 years now. There are cheaper options that you see used at pop-ups etc. Having tried these I'd say don't bother. For our business the pagers are a critical piece of our infrastructure and worth the investment. They're rock solid and just work day in day out doing their job. We've added a range booster as we have some very thick Edwardian walls. It does the trick. Any repairs / issues are dealt with promptly. Recommended.

Quick and simple solutions!

We have used the table trackers for over years and incorrated in our new 350 seater unit.

We have used the table trackers for many year and found the system help us with prompt service to table for our large Garden centre cafe/restaurant. Repairs are also dealt with in a timely manor. Happy customer.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, from picking up with an old contact who didn’t work there anymore pointed me to them anyway! Super friendly, efficient and competitive on all pricing, and got the best offer sorted for the items I required. Also didn’t push for most expensive items like some other suppliers did. Use these guys

I called LRS after a solution to a very unique filming problem. Graham was really helpful and explaining everything in lay terms and was extremely helpful with our back and forth.
Ordering was easy and the items arrived the next day. Superb customer service and very solution orientated.
