Lucky Brand Avis 

Bought a pair of shoes and they broke first wear. Now they refuse to refund on the item unless I return it to China at my own expense. Scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality and customer service. I purchased a jacket back in December and wore it about 10 times. At the end of the season, I washed the jacket on gentle per instructions and one of the seams split open.

So I reached out to customer service. I initiated the conversation with Shaunae. She asked for the order number and then abruptly ended the chat before I had a chance to respond. I initiated the chat again, but this time it was Ian. After explaining the situation, he said there was nothing Lucky can do since it was beyond the 60 day return window and further they don’t accept any products that were worn anyway. I thought Lucky was considered a premium brand that stood behind their quality, but now I know otherwise.

This site is dishonest. They are fraud. I bought a kitchen faucet. Or I thought I did!! The picture and description was nothing what Igot. I got a little extension to hook on existing faucet. I don't know why they are aloud to continue.

I’ve bought from them last week.
The total in the confirmation order was £20.39 and I ended up paying £23.
The difference is minimal, but the point is the transparency and the customer service.
I’ve immediately brought this up to their customer service and they keep saying that they don’t anything about this money and to check again. I’ve sent them evidence (order confirmation page and my bank statement related to this transaction) and they’re keep saying they don’t know anything.
I think they’re a scam company and would not be surprised if I don’t receive the item.
DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Lucky brand online purchase: Ordered a pair of men's size 32/32 knowing the size was correct. They shipped a miss tagged pair of 40/34 jeans. How do I know? Because I have a tape measure. Called customer service to exchange and they said I had to pay for the return. The person on the phone asked how I know the size was wrong... and that maybe that style runs large. OK. Runs large 32 that measures 40?? So I took the jeans back to a store to exchange and the store is not allowed to honor the 15% discount I got from ordering online. So I had to pay 15% more to get what I already paid for. Had I known that would have just returned and disputed the $8.00 return charge. People at the store are nice. ONLINE CUSTOMER SERIVE IS NOT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. I say this is UN-LUCKY online.

One item of order finally arrived - sizing totally wrong and material certainly not cotton blend as advertised. Asked for them to cancel rest of the order and they said they will send anyway. Asked for refund as item not as described and they suggested I pay a tailor to adjust size! Avoid this company, they are scammers!

My brother in laws bday was last wk. Was told to order a gc online with lucky. Simple right?! No! Took me over 4 hrs to try to buy an e gift card (which I should've known then) and of course over and over you put your card info in ... it promises it's not charging you but also can't be completed. Welll... it CHARGED ME AND I DID NOT GET HIS GC AND I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED! My sister also did the same thing and has been charged twice for no gc! Screw you Lucky brand!

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered as I've been scammed like a lot of people. Ordered a Galaxy type watch on 25th December and still no product but took money immediately. Contacted them numerous times with no reply. Surely theres a way of getting a refund?!!

Ordered 2 robots from the LUCKYDEALSS site for my granddaughter's birthday. Ive been emailing, calling and messaging them through chat since the 12th January - I have had no response from them. I am a pensioner and they have taken nearly £100 from my account but have not delivered any goods. This is criminal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Is there something we can do.? I will go to the police! They can not took our money and doing nothing! They will still take money from people in the future ! I will assume them for sure

Very very bad company. I ordered late 2020 and monies were deducted from my account. The goods never arrived!! I have tried and tried to contact the company but they're unavailable on chat and the telephone... still waiting for a reply from my email...so we will see..

Do not buy anything from here.

They send out items that you did not purchased. Then when you try to call the phone is off and no response from emails😡

This brand has gone to garbage.

The tshirts are tissue thin and fall apart after a few washes, and I bought a pair of Cargo pants that fell apart immediately. None of the snap buttons worked: they popped right out of the pants immediately after the 1st use! For $20 to $50 clothing articles, this is trash.

H&M for $10 makes far better quality clothing. Far better.

Lucky Brand is over priced trash.

I’ve ordered before Christmas and never received anything. No answer from they customer support. I think that I will never receive my parcel unfortunately. DO NOT ORDER ON THIS FAKE WESITE

Absolute con artists. Avoid at all costs, they should be shut down.

Always loved Lucky Brand clothing...first the stopped making 3x sizes..love the quality.and designer's...what ever happened the last year ...just made them a big losing company.....why waste the effort just close the stores and take your losses...just like ever other clothing line saleout to quality products really bummed

I am writing this review in hopes it will deter anyone from ordering from this website. I placed an order for 6 items and received 12, 6 of which were someone else's order. All were charged to my credit card. The only item I wanted to keep was a button up shirt and it was rolled up in a ball, stuffed in a bag and appeared to have been worn. I have called 6 times, wrote 1 letter and sent 2 emails trying to resolve sending everything back and getting my money back. I never received the promised return labels and am out an additional $20 I spent to send this mess back. To date I have not been reimbursed for any of it. Worst online shopping experience ever!
