Registered with this site back in December 2023. Had to send all verification documents by email as could not download to main site for some reason. Received email to confirm account now verified so able to withdraw winning funds until today when I was refused withdrawal as they stated I needed to verify my ID again. It is clear from the reviews on here that this gaming site has issues with regards to verification and withdrawal of wins. I do intend to make enquiries with appropriate bodies in which to investigate further as to whether this site should be licensed.

Started off using this site and all was okay. They asked me for verification which I sent them everything. They acknowledged the verification and said all was completed fine. Having had just over £1,000 in my account they suddenly froze my account and flatly refused to let me withdraw my funds. They asked me for further verification which I have sent them. Still they will not let me withdraw the funds. I am now drafting a full report to the UK Gambling Commission in order to get my funds back. Please do not use this site and suffer the same experience that I have. I suspect potential fraud here somewhere.

A half decent gambling site been on ones much worse than this one, only problem is their response time from emails is poor at best and when replying don’t make sense when reading through their emails for example I’ve sent off two ids for them too pass and my reply back on email 1 was we have not received any email from yourself even though they have forwarded my id and email under theirs and then said they require another id to be sent to them so sent my passport last Thursday and still no reply from them

I agree with Jane Chamberlain here. Their advert using a dancing cow is vile, and gives the very young a negativity towards animals that is unacceptable. It also shows the lower intelligence of this company, and it's employees, reflected here in comments where it would appear a lot of "winners" are denied their winnings, by devious means. Lowlife business -don't waste your money.

I won a big amount so wanted to withdraw sent ID ECT ECT kept being told the ID was within the last 3 months so I ask them what would they take as ID . They asked for birth certificate and marriage certificate which I sent along with other stuff still no good they say so many more emails sent and then they stopped me from going in to my account now they don’t even answer my emails . There holding on to over 850.00 pounds of my money what can I do . Bad bingo site so unhelpful .

Made deposit and played first day and won a few times on the slots.requested a withdrawl and had to send id/documents over which took couple of days had email from lewis to say now all verified and withdrawal pending.will update/upgrade to 5 stars when i recieve my funds.but will be back for sure.most sites now ask for docs so not really an issue but good so far.dont get the bad reviews.

Signed up and deposited money, was asked to upload photo Id which I don't have, why do they ask this after a deposit? Surely should be before as you can't withdraw your deposit without this, absolute scam of a company
