They've used a 3rd party to place an article for them on our fashion website but not paid for it.

Beware of these scammers

Bought some $80 lugs and they didn’t even last a week before the bottom grip started falling apart!
These are the cheapest shoes I’ve ever paid so much for!
I bought Walmart shoes that have lasted longer than these cheap ass shoes!
This company should be ashamed of their crappy quality products

I've bought 2 pair now and both pairs the sole cracks in just a couple of months. This is not acceptable for the price

Lugz Shoes are garbage. Have the fringe boots and the materials peels off on top of the toes. Fake felt or leather or whatever it's supposed to be. Maybe wore them 4 times just to dinner.

Purchased a pair of lugz shoes that with in 3 weeks are falling apart. Poor customer service as they want duties and taxes for my replacement. These were paid when I purchased the shoes and they will not honor warranty. Do not buy lugz there not worth the money there junk in no time

I bought a pair of lugz tennis shoes because I had heard they are durable and comfortable as well as lightweight, I work on a farm and needless to say the soles cracked all the way across the shoe in three separate places and the soles are detaching from the shoe, I have only had them 2 1/2 weeks sucks that I paid $55 and the didn’t even make it 3 weeks

I bought work boots. The soles came unglued imin a matter of a few weeks. The top of boots were peeling. I contacted them and sent all of the information they requested, several times Never got a reply. Never got any feed back. I will never buy there products again.

On LUGZ website the re-stocking fee states $5.99. On my return they charged me $10.99. I have been trying to get a refund for the difference to no resolutions. My last correspondence was on May 9, 2023 and a lady named Jennifer Gross said that they will rectify the matter and will get back to me. I have not heard back from her to date (May 29.)

This is has the worse of worse customer service. I purchased 3 pairs of boots on Feb 23 2023 and paid extra for three day shipping and after multiple attempts of trying to find out what was going on with my order every attempts nothing. I finally called the shipping company and their automated BS finally found out my package was lost In the hands of UPS and all they tell me is to contact the send e r it's like I told them I've been trying for over 2 weeks and nothing so they gave me the phone they have for LUGZ so I call it and all I get is a message saying I"that I reached a none working number" so here we are March 23 2023 and I have no idea if I'm ever going to get my purchase or my money back. So the only thing I can say is STAY AWAY FRO. BUYING OFF LUGZ ONLINE. AS OF RIGHT NOW IM EEN SCAMMED FOR $170 SO STAY AWAY IF U DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF OR FEEL LIKE U WERE SCAMMED

Bottom line Chinese products. Beware

Unless you are absolutely CERTAIN of your size in their shoes, DO NOT order from them online.
I received my boots on February 5th, 2023 and tried them on, only to find out they did not fit. I immediately contacted customer service via email and requested a return authorization and return shipping label. I did not receive either, but was told (via email 3 days later) to sign into my account to arrange the return. Major problem - I DID NOT CREATE an account to buy the boots! It is now almost 1 month later and "customer service" (hah) has not returned 3 emails and one voicemail. This company is absolutely THE WORST I have ever dealt with online. If you are in desperate need for shoes or boots, go elsewhere or buy them from Amazon. Horrible company!!!

In November I ordered a pair of womens winter boots. The third time I put them on the lining on the boot ripped. I contacted customer service, after numerous email messages back & forth I finally had "Jennifer" tell me that they would email me a gift certificate for a new pair of boots. That was mid- December.
To this day, I have not received that offer AND now i can no longer reach anyone via email nor phone to find out what is going on. I have sent more than 20 messages and tried to call just about that many times as well. UGGH
I though Lugz was a reputable brand/brand. In my opinion, if you don't stand behind your product you aren't worth me spending my money on.
Never again.

I ordered previously two shoes at one time and they came promptly. November of 2022 I ordered another pair and got a notification that it was delivered and NEVER got them. You can't get anyone o. The phone to resolve the issue, just someone sending g me an email saying that it was delivered....SO I am out $70.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer Service SUCKS!!!!!!

They will not answer the phone.
shoes fell apart size 12 mens work boot. was sent new pair size 5.5 girls boot still waiting for some answer. now told they were supposed to have sent me a return package to send back their mistake before i can get the shoes i already paid for. try call customer service # 1866 484 1730 you will see

My order was very late... I am trying to return the items I purchased and I can't get in touch with anyone at the site.!

While I am a fan of Lugz I have found the customer service to be among the poorest I have ever had to deal with. The boots I ordered were cancelled due to "supply chain" issues. That happens, but the Company never bothered to inform me, the customer.
I ordered these boots as a Christmas present on Dec 06, 2022. As of Dec 19th I had received no acknowledgement of my order. So I inquired to Customer Service as to the status of my order. In reply I was informed my order was canceled, due to the afore mentioned issues.
My main complaint is, was anyone going to inform me of the cancelation! If I had not inquired I believe no one would have ever got back to me.
I should have been informed as soon as the issue was discovered. Now I am left with a scramble to find a suitable replacement present in just 4 days.
Very poor customer service, lack of respect for their customers. I will not deal with Lugz again.
I recommend you do the same.

I cannot say enough about Lugz boots. I have only tried a few types but am a true fan. Inexpensive, high quality, solid soles and ready for many hours of walking. My experience is with Lugz Strutt Men's Boots Msrun-750/msrubn-001/msrul-001/msrun-2350, Lugz Men's Zone Boot, and Moc Toe Boot. Always under $100 and always last long enough to feel worth it. I have been buying Lugz for years and will continue to buy them for many years to come

I have been trying to return a pair of boots for almost a month now. I actually started out by just wanting to exchange, but I could not get anyone to answer me. In the meantime I bought another pair, which were good (hence the 1 star).
I have emailed, and after the 3rd email where they wanted a screen shot of my order which I sent, I was ignored.
So, I called repeatedly to get through and finally did. I was promised a return label via email by days end....nothing.
Just called repeatedly again and got through, and today's story is that they are waiting for their "logistics team" to generate a label.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered

This company is a joke! They make it impossible to do a return! I have emailed, and Facebook messaged them, with no response. My account on their website shows no orders, making it impossible to do a return.
