Terrible. Buyer Beware! Many items I saw online were on sale but when I tried to buy them, a different price and "similar" style appeared. Major website flaw. I tried to buy a $35 sale item and at checkout the sale price was suddenly $154. Weird. I had to call to ask about the issue. The rep said to pay full price and I'd get a credit. Wth? Seemed sketch. But I did and got the credit quickly. Great. But when the item arrived, it was the same fabric but a TOTALLY different style! Now I must pay $9 to ship back THEIR mistake?!? I will NEVER order from this company again.

Placed an order; they claimed my parcel was delivered; however, it was not signed for, nor was it in the photo they claimed as proof. The customer service was very poor and failed to fulfil their NZ legal obligations.

Still waiting for my order to appear or for my money to be refunded. Don't order from here unless you want your money to go down the drain!

I usually order in bulk with Luli and I absolutely love their product. High quality and true to size. I have gotten tons of compliments on both swimwear and dresses.
Recently I accidently ordered a rather large order and customer service immediately recalled the already shipped item and promptly refunded me! I will be ordering again!

I've ordered several items from Luli Fama, I'm based in the UK. I've found the shipping to be trouble free with no customs issues.
On the last occasion I had to return something and unfortunately there was an issue with the Netherlands customs and it was returned to me.
The team at Luli Fama went out of their way to assist me and got the situation sorted quickly, they really went above and beyond.

I ordered the "dancing queen" bathing suit last year. I was super excited about the design and the vibrant colors. However, after a season of use I'm super disappointed by Luli Fama. The bathing suit's colors have almost disappeared, the rings are getting bad and the bottom is getting larger... it's definitely not worth the price you pay, as far as I am concerned I paid 200€ ! The customer service did not take any action and said it's normal wear...

I ordered several bikinis and clearly some were not a great fit so I had to return. Started the return process and unlike any other site where you can register your return within a minute - luli fama tells you that you need to wait for confirmation via email before you send it back. Never received an email. Raised an inquiry with chat bot - never got an answer.

I ordered a bikini at Luli Fama. To be sure I ordered a XL. I usually wear a M/L. The bikini is way too small. I wanted to do a return but when I go on my account, my screen blocks when I click on ‘return request’. I send a message on their chat. No response. And there’s no return document in the box. And I only have 14 days to return it. I really don’t know what to do know. I paid about a 180€ for the bikini.

Ich habe schon öfters was bestellt und bin mehr als Zufrieden. Tolle Bikinis… Versand dauert etwas länger, da es von Miami erst zu den Niederlanden geschickt wird.

Beautiful swimwear been buying for a few years annoying part is their codes dont always work and now they add duties on for u this has negatives and pluses as they tend to way over charge. But love their colourful ranges. I literally had a design in my mind for years .. years ago and would constantly search vintage retro neon stuff etc but could never find what was in my head then 1 day BAM on ebay saw a bikini in clandestina ( the exact pattern colours in my mind) had to buy most items from that range. And loved so many other designs seen since. Fabrics on swimwear are always a highy quality silky stretch string and cover ups bright chiffon. Definitely the best beachwear designer for me
