Luna's Loft Avis

Not only are the products gorgeous and extremely well made, but the owner Hannah is amazing to speak to! If you have any questions she’s there to take them, and is amazing about custom orders! We love Luna’s Loft & Hannah so much!

Great customer service, approachable and friendly. The items I’ve received are all of a high quality standard and long lasting! Definitely recommend the products to everyone!!

I can’t praise Luna’s loft enough. They produce the best handmade pet products I have ever come across and I can’t compare them to anywhere else. Service is outstanding and you can see how much love goes into making everything. I especially love the packaging that the products come in and makes it very special.

I love Luna’s Loft! They have amazing quality items! I just downloaded the presets and am already in love with each of them and can’t wait to use them more!!

Want to buy accessories for your pooch (or cat!) but at the same time want to support a small business? Look no further, shop at Lunas Loft! I have bought bandanas and snoods from here and the quality is outstanding - my pooch gets so many comments off fellow dog walkers of how nice they look. We also have a super soft rope lead and cannot fault it. The rope is super soft but also durable! Unlike a lot of leads, it’s really easy to clean and get off any mud/dirt.
But what’s also amazing about this shop is that they also sell super amazing products for humans too! I have a knitted hat (which matches with my dogs snood) and cuddle scarf that have kept me super warm during the winter.
And if you can’t find the right size, there is also the option of custom orders! Which makes an order just that extra special!
Everything comes packaged nicely and it’s great to know you are supporting such a wonderful business! Hannah is such a lovely person who is happy to answer any questions you may have!
Will forever shop at Lunas Loft for my dog and for myself!!

Have been shopping with Luna's Loft for 2 years now and have been working with the business for a year and a half. Absolutely adore the business the customer service is fantastic and the products are of such high quality and stunning! You won't regret shopping with Hannah outstanding business!✨

There is so much i can say but we would be here all day!
Lunas Loft is the first accessory shop i have brought from and i'm hooked (still after almost 2 years when i first purchased), its not hard to see why! Their products are made to the highest standard, my dogs have taken them through a good mud and adventurous testing and they always wash as new..
There is a good selection of products to suit all dogs and it won't break the bank, unless you are like me and want one of everything 😂
Hannah is so helpful and will answer any questions or worries you have.. honestly as i said i could go on forever but instead of me doing that why not go check out the website and make a purchase so you can see for yourself how perfect it all is- you won't be disappointed

Can’t speak any higher of this company, all their products are amazing!

Hannah is so good, items always arrive on time or before expected! And if there is any delays she will update you. The quality of the products are so nice, I wouldn’t want to buy any bandanas from another company! 100% recommend Lunas Loft
