Booked the party bus for my 30th birthday night out from Coventry to Birmingham on Sat 27th Feb 2016. The booking was easy, well informed and effortless from the booking team. Was quoted the best price than anyone else around and kept contact up till booking date. The Bus arrived on time and was well equipped everything working and the bus was immaculate inside and out, the driver was very friendly professional and great host and driver. The whole journey we laughed and partied so much we didn't want to get off in fact could of scrapped the rest of our plans and partied in the bus all night. The sound system was fantastic give us club feel. Didn't look much when we first got on but as soon as the doors closed the bus turned into a club we was falling all over place whilst trying to pole dance which made it even more fun. The driver picked us up and dropped us off door to door can't thank you enough it set us up for the night ahead and can't wait for next excuse to hire it again no faults or disappointments from booking to dropping us off in Birmingham spot on thank you

Service was brilliant, from arranging everything and paying to the driver on the day who was very pleasant and jolly. Really good company to deal with and we got exactly what we wanted thank you 😀

You truly made my sisters hen night! Booked the stretch pink hummer, beautiful vehicle, brilliant driver and it was the best part of out night :-)

I was left with the task of booking a prom car for my son and 7 of his friends. I had no reason to worry at all. Booked an 8 seater Hummer without any problems which turned up right on time (with a huge sigh of relief from me)! Fantastic service from start to finish and the boys had a great evening to remember. A little more expensive than some companies, but well worth it. Would highly recommend.

THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER MANY DIFFERENT NAMES SO BE CAREFUL, THEIR MAIN NUMBER IS 08000029475 & 08450550740 THEN THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER FOR EACH TOWN/CITY IN THE UK, WHICH MAKES YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE FROM YOUR AREA, BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY BASED IN RUGBY AND THEIR HEAD OFFICE ADDRESS IS IN LONDON.

IN 2014 LUX LIMO TOOK OUR MONEY BUT DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOURNEY AND LEFT 15 GIRLS STRANDED IN A DIFFERENT CITY AT 4AM!

I HAD TO TAKE LUX LIMO TO COURT AND HAVE RECENTLY WON MY CASE HENCE THE REASON I'M ONLY JUST WRITING THIS REVIEW. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP IN COURT, NOR DID THEY PAY THE COURT ORDER, AND SO, WILL NOW BE ISSUED WITH A CCJ. LUX LIMO ALSO THREATENED ME AND MADE UP FRAUDULENT EMAILS SUPPOSEDLY FROM MYSELF TO BACK UP THIER LIES.

PLEASE READ MY STORY BELOW.

I booked a Limo with Lux Limo in January 2014 to be picked up, dropped off in a different city, collected again at 4am and then to be dropped back home. I paid a deposit and the remainder was paid cash on the actual night.

Lux Limo picked my group up and dropped us to our agreed location. We confirmed a place where the driver would pick us up at 4am. We left quite a few belongings in the Limo, one being a pair of flat shoes so I could change my shoes if I needed to. Just after midnight I tried to call the driver so I could collect my shoes from the Limo, but the driver didn’t answer. The Limo never showed up at 4am so we tried to contact Lux Limo several times to eventually be told that they wouldn't be completing the agreed contract. We then had to get 3 taxis home at a cost of £230.

I decided not to contact Lux Limo the following day and to do it the correct way by contacting Trading Standards and CAB. I followed every bit of advice given and sent emails/letters trying to come to an agreement with Lux Limo.

On the following Monday I had a missed call from an unknown mobile number. I called the number back and straight away a male started shouting at me. I told him I didn't wish to speak to him and will be contacting Trading Standards, and if need be, will take Lux Limo to court for Breach of Contract. The male then threatened me. His exact words were 'remember, I have your address and I will come to your house and take your stuff'. I went straight to my local police station and reported this. He also refused to send our belongings back, telling us tough and we was stupid to leave them in there.

Lux Limo ignored all correspondence. They knew they were in the wrong for not completing the contract so made up lies in the hope I wouldn't take it any further. When they realised I was taking the matter further they changed their story and said that I didn't book with them, they later changed the story again and said that I did book with them but cancelled the booking after paying the deposit.

I was advised by Trading Standards to add 'read receipt' to any emails. As Hotmail doesn’t have this facility I sent the emails from my work address. Lux Limo complained to my employer saying I was hassling them and that I didn't book with them, that I must have booked with another company, but then changed their story and said I did book with them but cancelled the booking after paying the deposit. My only guess as to why they changed their story yet again was because they knew I would have evidence. That is when they made up FRAUDULENT EMAILS from myself saying I wanted to cancel the booking, but they made silly mistakes trying to back up their lies. I’m in the process of taking this matter further as they tried to use this as evidence in Court which is PERJURY.

This, along with trying to prove I did in fact book with Lux Limo has been time consuming and a very stressful period but I'm glad I stuck it out as a lot of people would have just given up, believe me, I wanted to at times.

Lux Limo never showed up in Court (as they knew they would lose) I won the case with the Judge adding to the Court Order 'he was entirely satisfied the emails where concocted and fraudulent. Lux Limo was ordered to pay all fees, any losses and compensation, in full within 2 weeks otherwise they would be issued with a CCJ. The 2 weeks have recently passed and I've received no payment, so I'm in the process of the next steps and also taking the fraudulent emails further.

i phoned and asked if there was any possibility of them supplying a hummer for our under 14,and 13s football girls for free,because we are saving the pennies for the teams sam said yes and kept to his word,the hummer arrived and it was perfect.
the girls were in heaven,what a fantastic way to start the christmas festivities,the hummer was the perfect treat from a very professional company.
i would rate them without question 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone.good luck with your future plans.john lazar

I would like to commened LUX LIMO for our recent stretch hummer hire with them for a school prom on the 27th of July 2014, to collect 16 teens from my home in Cambridgeshire and deliver them to their school leavers prom and also to return them home safely again afterwards.
The service received was first class, the driver arrived promptly, even though he had to negotiate a busy street at rush hour he remained calm, professional and curteous at all times. Payment was handled with ease and nothing was too much bother as all the younger siblings wished to have their photo taken in the vehicle ;-)
As they arrived early to the venue he took them for a few spins around the block to kill time and save sitting waiting. He arrived bang on time to return them home to which they arrived safely and with music blaring :-D
Fantastic service, a smooth stress free booking with a first class driver .(we have also requested Lux Limo to pass on our thanks on behalf of all the parents to the driver we had).
Everyone was impressed and i have passed on the company details to those who requested it for future bookings.

Great service from enquiring, making booking, confirming booking, arrived on time and dropped off on time. Our driver was top draw and everything went to plan...... Would definitely use again if the opportunity arrives.......

I thought a Limo would be good for our middle Daughter's 13th Birthday

Very easy to book. Turned up when they said they would

I completely underestimated how a bunch of 13 year olds reacted!!!!

In spite of the high volume screaming of appreciation, the driver was very relaxed

Our other two daughters went along for the ride and said how much the partygoers enjoyed it

I couldn't fault anything and would only recommend them to others

Would like to thank everyone so much for such an amazing experience in hiring the pink hummer. It made my mums 70th birthday a night to remember for ever. Stunning vehicle which caught everyone's eye and what a entrance to walk into a Birthday party with the hummer outside, with the hummer's Neon flashing disco lights inside with complimentary bottles of bubbly plus a selection of CD's to choose from it seemed like we had already been to a party before the birthday bash.
Arrived exactly on time for pick up and to take us back to our destination.
Will definitely recommend you to all family and friends, a big thank you for a night always to remember.

Our night was made on monday because of our arrival. Our white hummer arrived dead on the time planned and was just perfect. We were able to play our own music so it was unique for us as individuals and we had a great time. All 15 of the group loved it and we were told by staff at the prom venue that it was one of the best arrivals theyve seen! Thanks again to the company, would deffo do it again!
