LuxerOne presents itself as a secure but it is just an illusion

LuxerOne presents itself as a secure package solution, but my experience has shown otherwise. My package was stolen from the package room before I ever received it, and the response has been vague and frustrating. Although video footage was reviewed and it was confirmed that I was not the person who took the package, LuxerOne has still not clearly stated what information was provided beyond the video or whether any scan/app access data exists that could help identify who entered the room.

What is most concerning is that this system gives residents the impression that packages are protected, when in reality there appears to be little accountability if something is stolen. Access to the room does not feel meaningfully controlled, there is no clear compensation process for stolen packages, and communication has been unclear throughout. Residents should not be left chasing answers after trusting a service that is supposed to add security.

Convenient and safety

Packages are not stolen. A message is sent to me when delivery is done. But, if only Amazon drivers will follow my instructions and deliver to the lockers.
