I purchased a LV bag from DFO and then purchased a real bag from LV online. In comparison, the replica and real LV were extremely close. The only problem was the hang tag (I guess that's what it's called). It did not hang freely which means upon sight, you would be able to tell it was not a real LV. Also, I thought the strap was stiff and not supple like the real LV. But that hang tag needed to be longer and soft leather like the original. I did write Ray and share my experience. He responded with a "thank you" for the suggestion. Don't know if he will improve on that, but, that one detail can make all the difference. Other than those things, I have been really pleased and received some serious compliments on my bag. The shipping was really fast, customer service great! I am trying another online replica to compare their quality also! Happy shopping everyone!

I was nervous after placing my first order, but the customer service/communication with Ray Lau, has been exceptional from day one. I know there is about a 12 hour time difference between us, and he ALWAYS responds within 24 hours. I received my bag eight (8) days after purchase!! Additionally, I was blown away by the quality and detailed handcrafting of the bag. I am SO excited. I have authentic LV purses and when compared side by side; there is NO difference. My Louis Vuitton V Tote noir arrived a few days ago. The bag is absolutely stunning, it looks just like the authentic Louis Vuitton. I was completely blown away! It did however have a strong chemical smell. I emailed Ray and he answered right away. He said that what he believes happened is that the bag was accidentally packed before the glue was completely dry. That odor was then trapped in the dust bag and the sealed plastic bag it arrived in. He instructed me on what to do to alleviate the strong odor and said that if that doesn't eliminate it completely he would send me a brand new bag. He even checked to see how things were coming along with that process. I'm happy to say my bag is now almost completely odor-free. I'm sure in two days' time it will be as if it never even had that issue. I can't thank Ray enough for his guidance through all of this and for his excellent customer service. So I have purchased a few items over 2 years of knowing about this brand. One of the items purchased was the Damier Azur Zippy Wallet with the rose interior and another purchase was the newer model ($449) Damier graphite Josh backpack.

I cannot express how happy I am with both of these purchases having also real merchandise from LV, it's exceptional. Put them next to each other and you CANNOT tell the difference, even with the nitpicks like date codes, stamps, stitching it's all there! The leather is incredible and the vaschetta on the keepall is crisp and perfect, just like the real thing. The quality of the zippers (especially when you zip it, orgasmic) are impeccable. Sturdy and elegant, just beautiful. Over time they love just like the real ones and they wear great with frequent use as well. I really cannot go on enough about how immaculate the bags are.

Rays customer support is top notch, he is always fast to respond and is always polite, respectful and kind. He gets back to you as soon as he can and ALWAYS provides tracking, along with assistance with absolutely anything you need!

My first purchase(s)(in 2020) arrived within 2 weeks of the payment date. The bagging was lovely, dust bag is great and I always put my bags in them when I am not using them. The wrapping of the bag itself is great(Zippers, interior etc) just as you'd expect and my items arrived in perfect condition(you'd be surprised). My purchase as of recently arrived within 9 days. 9 days lol. If that's not express shipping, I don't know what is. Overall this brand and Ray are wonderful and I cannot vouch for them enough nor can I give them enough praise to really do it justice. All I am going to say is if you want high quality, affordable products then I completely and wholeheartedly recommend luxtime! Thank you Ray :) you're very honorable.

I am so thrilled with my latest purchase from Luxtime! I ordered the Keepall Bandolier 55. As always, Ray responded immediately telling me how to pay through PayPal. After I paid he quickly acknowledged my payment. I received my BEAUTIFUL PERFECT Keepall two weeks later. And when I say it is perfect I can’t emphasize enough just how perfect it is in EVERY way. The canvas and vachetta are beautiful and exactly like the real LV. The hardware is top quality and bright and shiny just exactly like the real LV. I now have ordered and received the Neverfull MM in Monogram. The Speedy 30, with strap, the Favorite MM, the Keepall Bandolier 55, the Toiletry Bag and two wallets. They are ALL PERFECT! And theyare ALL LUXTIME.
I feel confident enough to walk in any LV Boutique and defy anyone to tell the difference.
I also have authentic LV bags and these are every bit as nice and perfect right down to the last detail. . The monogram canvas is smooth and has a beautiful sheen. The vachetta is oxidizing nicely just the way it’s supposed to.
Sometimes I just can’t believe they aren’t really authentic. I sure don’t feel like I’m carrying fakes ( to me they are not fakes) and I get lots of compliments and admiring stares. They are so beautifully crafted right down to the very last detail. And besides that these bags collectively only cost me a around $1,500.00 whereas if I had bought them abroad or at a boutique I would have paid over $15,000.00. And there really is NO difference.
I love them so much.

Ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from Ray and it is absolutely beautiful. If you look at the stitching it's all done exceptionally well, to the point where it is at the same level of quality and excellence as an authentic bag.
My order came 24 days after I placed the order, and Ray was quick to reply, after my 23-day inquiry, with tracking information so I could see where the bag was (it was literally at my local post office when I checked).

Hi I have not ordered yet, but I have an order pending. I was all ready to order but have now read quite a few bad reviews for 2022. Can someone please help me with some honest answers about ordering from here

I placed an order in March 24th. Got the email to pay with PayPal. It said 13-23 days to arrive. A month later I reached out to them inquiring about my order. They replied saying they’d give me an order update after the holiday weekend. That is the last I heard from them. I sent 2 more replies and called their phone number (WhatsApp) several times, no answers.
I have opened a PayPal dispute claim. Hopefully I can get my $450 back.

I won't lie I was sceptical at the start and was worried there was no tracking provided. But 15 days later my bag came and it is amazing. You 100% cannot tell its not from the store. It looks authentic and to be honest just because it's not from the store really does not make a difference as the quality is the same. Already ordered a second bag!

I've ordered over 6 bags and wallets from Ray. The most recent one came so fast. I paid with PayPal each time to cover myself if needed, but I never have needed to file a claim. I highly recommend the product as well, I actually own store bought LV and every little detail is spot on down to the hardware and the placement.

Being a first time buyer with this seller, I was VERY nervous that I had been scammed because I never received a tracking number or shipping confirmation or any response from seller. I paid on 3/6 and my order was delivered 3/23. Faster than I expected. I hope this review helps someone.

I paid for my bags in November by PayPal and here it is March and I still haven't received my handbags. I have tried to contact them almost weekly and I can not get a response.

I know ray, Luxtime, put out the BEST bags…hands down…I also am well aware of usual 3 week wait…normally my package arrives on the actual 23rd day…(email tells you not to contact or worry until it’s been over 23days)….all that being said, now I have a package that is going on 37 days with NO response back whatsoever….I fear maybe ray is very sick or something has happened…but still I know ray or Luxtime are not scammers trying to get anyone….I hope this is a one time thing and I will revise when I am sure….well fed ex just left it on my porch!! It’s perfect and better than expected!! So yeah there will be no correspondence at all but for sure your package will eventually arrive with the best quality handbag possible!! So sit tight and stop stressing or messaging because no one will respond, your bag will arrive a month to 2 months later.
