So...this is my second purchase from Ray. In my first review a few months ago, my complaint was lack of communication. After writing my first review, he responded and I thought we had developed a respectful seller/consumer rapport. The first purchase arrived damaged and deeply wrinkled. I sent it back and the new Artsy was returned back to me in an LV box (which I thought would be sent anyway the first time), undamaged and beautiful. Originally, it came with dustbag and in a damaged box. This time, I ordered the Keepall 55 on September 16th. I sent the money through Wise to receive the discount. And at that time of course, communication was great! Unfortunately, after sending emails and a message on FB through Messenger regarding the shipping and tracking information, it's been crickets since September 16th. Tomorrow will be one week with no response from Ray. I requested, if possible, to be shipped early, as I need the bag for an upcoming trip. At the time of purchase, he stated in an email he would try. So far, no communication on shipping date or tracking number.
If you are a person who wants to be valued and appreciated with good customer service, at this point, find another vendor. Purchasing from this company, will find you beyond disappointed and very frustrated.
Due to the poor customer service, this is my last purchase. And if there is a continued no response to my communications, I will be canceling the order. Think long and hard before you purchase.
The bag is beautiful and color well done , but zipper was damage and the LV , tag rip an a month or so . I will be posting pictures. I bought the bag in June .. I won’t give me the option to post pictures.. sad
Ray never responded my emails and Facebook message.
My LV came in 15days through FedEx, with big damaged box.
Inside was okay..but LV bag has deep wrinkles..
I got just dustbag...I thought I was going to get a LV box too.
It doesn't have odd smell 😉 :)
If Ray responded my email for tracking number, I could give this review 5 stars.
I placed my order back in April and it took about a month to receive it. The first one got returned by customs in Dubai so Ray resent it through Singapore. Once it cleared I had it in 4 days. I ordered the LV Artsy bag and have used it daily and it's still perfect. The quality is mirror even down to the stitches per inch and placement of the bottom studs. I found FB to be the quickest reply method. I was initially stressing because the tracking number was showing it was still in Dubai but Ray fixed the issue and I'm 100% happy. Placing my 2nd order this week!
Communication was not good.I had a problem with a wallet I purchased.Sent an email as to how i can send it back and get a new one and it has been weeks and never got a reply back.Now I'm stuck with a defective item, although it was boxed well and overall quality was good.I would love to order more but the customer service was poor.
Perfect handbag. It took 14 days then i received my bag from luxtime. Is very satisfied with the quality.
Can only recommend.
Update status to my previous note. I got a response from Ray and receive my bag and Love it. I have to learn to be patient. Been burn from others company and was nervous about buying. Glad I did. Thanks Ray! I will buy again.
Great service, beautiful handbags. I have purchased from Ray several times now. I'm always so impressed with the quality of the bags. Delivery is usually very quick. Ray has gotten back to me when I have made inquiries on delivery status. I am a very picky shopper and expect value and quality for my purchases and this company had never disappointed me. I wouldn't hesitate to tell others to purchase from DFO. I know I'll be back for more.

I ordered my bag on 24 June and got it on 02 July! Just in time for my trip to Cabo! I love it. I own the same bag except in black and leather that I bought from the actual Louis Vuitton store. This bag is very authentic looking. You may spend a little extra but it’s top notch.
Ray, was great to work with. I found communication to be best on the WhatsApp. Initially, the wrong bag quality was sent to me but he fixed it. He paid shipping for me to send it to an US address and sent me pictures of the bag to approval before sending. I received new bag within 2 weeks. I ordered the same bag from another site and paid more money. This bag is identical to the other companies bag. Actually, this bag is as in even better condition from travel. No wrinkles in the vachetta as my previous bag from another company had. Truly these are the highest quality replicas on the market. I love the other company but Luxtime has better prices for the same bags. These are identical to LV bags. The hardware may be a little more yellow gold in color but that will wear. Otherwise perfect!!! Thank you!

**Update 7/03/21:
After posting my review here, Ray replied to my email 6/16/21 saying he had been unable to respond due to neck pain. He supplied the tracking number and FedEx apparently mis-delivered the package. He asked me to file a claim with the FedEx international office, and upon doing so I was informed that only the shipper can file a claim because they bear the burden of the shipment along with the insurance on the package. I informed him, he said that was not his experience. He agreed to file a claim and replace the package on 6/18/21. I waited until 6/23/21 to ask for a tracking number because, again, one was not sent to me. He gave me the tracking number and the SHIPMENT HAS STILL NOT BEEN INITIATED AFTER 15 DAYS. I have contacted him repeatedly with no response. I ordered this bag on 5/17/21 and while I realize it was not the shipper's fault of the mis-delivery, the level of communication is at the heart of the problem. I honestly give up at this point. This has been the worst experience and very disheartening.
I ordered my bag one month ago. I never received tracking information or any confirmation of shipment, etc. I have emailed three times and sent messages directly on the website over the course of 2 weeks with no response. When I had questions prior to my purchase about a bag I received a response the same day. I’m very frustrated and can say that even if I receive my bag, which is doubtful at this point, that I won’t be ordering again because there is zero communication once you pay.
It was a process of waiting from the time submitting your order to the time the Fed-Ex delivery hits your front door. That process was about a month. So be patient. Now onto the products. I bought a Gucci messenger bag and a LV something similar to a messenger bag. Very happy with my purchases. So worth the wait. Thank you, Ray.
It was certainly a nail biter experience ordering from this site. I placed 2 separate orders on 4/23 and by 5/10 I hadn't heard a thing. I sent a few emails to the email address on my order confirmation and heard nothing. I started to worry that they just weren't coming. I read a review on here that mentioned contacting Ray via Facebook was a faster reply, and sure enough, he sent me 2 tracking numbers. But both were in "label created status" with no tracking. So I was still pretty worried. Finally one shipment was picked up on May 21 and I received it on May 24. FedEx was a little wonky with both shipments creating duplicate tracking numbers for each. Ray also mentioned that Singapore customs is very slow. Im still waiting on one, but it is on its way. The bag I did receive is beautiful, well worth the money. I'm so glad I ordered and will definitely be ordering again.

Got my bag today and it was well worth the money. Got a Louis Vuitton bag and the leather, canvas and stitching are flawless. Almost counter quality. Only difference I can see is the buckle on the front of the purse. Highly recommend.
I was nervous to order but I am so glad I did. Ray responded to all my messages, he provided me with tracking when I asked and my perfect LV arrived about 2 weeks later. I will definately be ordering more!!
