Never had a problem with this company before.Now been waiting on tiles for 2 weeks. No reply to emails, no one can give me updates on phone, no returned calls as promised.
Pretty shambolic to be honest with half a bathroom waiting to be finished & can't use the shower.
Manners & communication are everything, but sadly not on this occasion.
Time to up your game Luxura as there's plenty luxurious companies out there who treat their customers properly

1 email, 2 phone calls a week apart and still no returned calls after speaking to two different staff members about checking stock and price.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LUXURASTONE. I PLACED AN ORDER NUM order #14315 ON May 14, 2025 AND REQUESTED TO CANCEL IT SAME DAY. THEY CONFIRMED ITS CANCELED AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED. ITS 2 WEEKS LATER AND NO SIGHT OF A REFUND. THEY IGNORE ALL CORRESPONDENCE. STAY FAR AWAY

I had two orders with this company. The first order went well. So much so that our daughter decided she wanted the same tiles for her feature wall. Unfortunately, the top two boxes of tiles, four tiles of 1200x600mm, were broken. I contacted the company that day and was asked for further details and clearer photos. I sent both and have not been able to get a response since, despite several follow ups. We will not be ordering from this company again.

The first time I ordered from this company it was fine. However, the second experience was horrific. The company was very quick to help place the order and take the money, but when I informed them that the tiles I received were broken, there was radio silence. I sent the broken tiles back, and was told replacement tiles would be provided in December 2024...to date in February 2025 I still have not heard anything.

In the end I had to get my bank to claw my money back. The company is great if nothing goes wrong with your order, but you can tell a company's integrity by how it deals with customer complaints. Luxurastone ignores people that have any - so buyer beware!

This company supported me extensively when choosing the perfect tiles for my bathroom. They deliver the tiles in the expected time frame, and my bathroom ended up looking amazing. My installer found it hard to install them. I guess it’s due to the big size, which is what I wanted anyways.
