Efficient, friendly family business
We have used LW Gas for several years very satisfactorily. They provide the sort of friendly, efficient and helpful service which one hopes to get from a family business. This last visit, a three weeks ago, was to do the annual gas boiler service. Done efficiently and to the quoted price. We will continue to use this company.

Found them to be reliable and honest overlast 10 years.
I have been using LW Gas for over 10 years. I have never had a bill that I thought was unreasonable. They have never tried to add needless services and I have always been happy with their service.
I have had some repairs over the years (valve and brazed pipe work etc) which has always been well priced and I have never had a fault with their repairs etc.
I would recommend them.

Yearly service of gas boiler
We were able to arrange the visit without any fuss to fit in with our requirements; the job was carried out with efficiency and no disturbance, by an engineer who was very polite. We had used LW Gas to install our new boiler last year and were very pleased with the standard of work and the quality boiler installed.

All interactions with L W Gas Ltd was a positive experience - Great job.
LW Gas were wonderfully helpful, re-locating my new boiler to the loft so I now have an extra kitchen cupboard. And relocating new thermostats in airing cupboard so now easy to see. All rubbish removed & everything left very clean & tidy. They turned up on time, well early, & they finished the job in a day. They were courteous & very tidy workmen. All my interactions with LW Gas was a positive experience, office staff were helpful too. I would definitely use them again. I am one very happy customer.

Good value, good product, finished in half the time as I had two fitters. Courteous and friendly service, would definitely consider them for any future work.

LW are great
LW are great, I gave up with British Gas & ever rising 3 start cover after a £4k new boiler quote for an inferior boiler to my request.
LW Gas Ltd came & quoted £2k for the better boiler so I,ve never looked back, yes I now pay for my annual service but had one call out in 10 years so have saved well over £1500 as BG have now introduced excess & call out charges.
I recommend LW Gas & have directed family, friends & neighbours to them which I just wouldn't do if not confident.

Reliable, quality service. What’s not to like?
LW Gas installed my new combo-boiler a few years ago and have serviced it every year. I’ve not had any reason to change as they always provide prompt service, timely reminders, friendly and tidy workers who offer great advice. I would highly recommend them.

Communication is excellent, both from administration and engineers on site. Polite, friendly and competent. I have used the company for 7 years and have never had an issue.
