Customer loyalty has no value
My latest purchase was my 5th Mac from this company. I also steared my daughter to the company for her Mac. I missed a click or some option to purchase a $40 dollar item for $10......I asked if they could come through for the $10 price....apparently customer loyalty means little to Macs4U. Now it's not the money but the principle of it. Be cause of a $30 shot that would definitely break Mac4U's bank, I will be sure to shop else where for my company's next set of Macs. $30 bucks?? Really?

We pride ourselves of providing high quality computers at the best prices while including standard bonus features like a hardshell with the purchase of every laptop. At times we provide additional special deals, like the Anker Hub mentioned. When adding a laptop to the shopping cart, this option is automatically displayed.
Once the order has been dispatched, the special is no longer available. We cannot retroactively apply specials after a product has been shipped.
We hate to lose you as a customer over this, and will try to reach out to you personally as well.

If you want personal shopping experience with a knowledgeable person who cares then Macs4u are the ones to shop with. Their customer service is above and beyond what you'll ever get from anyone or any company. And they are in Minnesota. I would do business with them again if need be. Trust them I do.

Great price for an excellent used MacBook Pro. This is my second MacBook purchase from Macs4u in 5 years. The other is still going and I use it regularly at my work office and the latest at my home office.
