I ordered a family tree wooden slice for my other halves grandmas 70th birthday. I am over the moon with it. The delivery service was really quick and the customer service I received via Facebook messenger was great! Will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a "Street Sign" as a special birthday gift for my Uncle's 80th birthday. To say I am disappointed is an understatement! For the cost of the item, I could have got my granddaughters to do it!! The workmanship is shoddy and, with the amount of rain we have here in Yorkshire, it would last about a week.

The description of the work is extremely misleading and is nothing like the pictures on the website.

Shall definitely not be using them again.

Absolutely terrible. We ordered the Easter crates they arrived broken but not from delivery. As the parcel was packed with bubble wrap. When we took them out the sides fell off with nails sticking out. Not safe at all for children. I had to keep phoning to see if delivery would be before Easter. The day before they arrived and I feel that they just rushed them. The workmanship was terrible. It’s a shame as the pictures looked good. I would
say that it was a small company that took too many deliveries.

I ordered a personalised sign as a gift for my husband to go in the garden. I received it within 2 weeks as promised. The sign is great quality and looks fantastic. It was also very reasonably priced. My husband is delighted with his new beer garden sign and can’t wait to put it up. The service was great too. I purchased the tape cassette gift for my husband and was very Disappointed with it. The writing of the songs is so small you can’t read it. He didn’t even realise it was our songs. Item was 3 weeks late no communication didn’t here from them once unless I contacted them. I tried to help a small business but this back fired as the item is in a draw not been looked at - no point as it can’t be read. And there reply to an email was - well that’s how it’s made !!!
Really disappointed

Ordered two of the family blossom trees and half the names were missing. They had been cut off during the order process.
The response I got was that there was nothing that could be done because that’s apparently what I had ordered (why I would order two family trees with half families on is beyond me), and that if I wanted to reorder the items they would generously give me 20% off.

Absolute joke! Am disputing with my bank to ensure they DON’T see a penny of my money which is clearly all they care about. Gobsmacked at how some companies treat customers, beyond me when we are all trying to support the smaller businesses during this time!?

Absolutely perfect! Mum loves it and it has taken pride of place in our recently decorated kitchen, goes lovely with the grey and pink theme.

Was very well packaged and yeah, super pleased with it all.

I recently ordered the family tree for mother's day. Recieved in around a week in great packaging. My mums going to love it, I asked to change a detail after ordering and this was done no problem. Highly recommended
