8 days now no withdrawal, sent so much id and still none, no info at all on reason, this site shouldn't even be legal, even sent a lot more id pics today, May 18th.

I signed up and got told I was eligible for the free bet. However, never received it so contacted live chat & was told I was not eligible. I sent live chat a copy of previous conversation so they agreed to honour the free bet but when I tried to use it, it kept getting rejected. Contacted live chat again & was told I had been blocked from receiving all free bets. Made a complaint and in the end, they honoured the free bet but don’t trust magic red to use them again. That’s not how you treat your customers.

Dann verlierst Du 70 - 80 €, dann hast Du noch 50 € und dann tschüss:-) Immer das selbe schon so oft probiert auf dieser Seite, aber immer das selbe. I've deposited 294£ and never got my credits my bank was charged 4 days no response from them scamers

After playing couple times happens to won 1500 after 1 week withdraw is still pending and when I contact support they don't know anything not helpful at all
What I can do is share my experience and tell friends and online do not Play at magic red because you will make a deposit but not to see a withdraw win or lost same result = to no money

I took up the welcome offer deposited 50, there is a big wagering requirement and you do need to keep bets less than £3 or £4 I can't remember however I met the wagering requirement and withdrew £1600, withdrawal approved and paid within one day :)

Nothing with site. I have played now for a few weeks. I play most sites and this has to be the most unfair. I don't mind loosing money (don't love it) but every other site I play they give you some wins. This site is really unfair. £250 not one bonus on fluffy favourites. Very very unfair. Hab eigentlich wenig dort gespielt, weil es mit der Verifizierung nicht voran ging. War nach Monaten mal wieder auf der Seite.
