I have joined magic red this morning…

I have joined magic red this morning and deposited £20 but you took £20.50 from my account. After that I saw my balance was £40 in my magic red account. I started to play and some money won. At that time I needed a break so I stopped playing for a while. Then I tried to play but it said my time session out so I asked to login again. I tried to login but I couldn’t. I thought I forgotten my password and tried to reset it. I clicked as forgot my password and it said I will receive an email but I didn’t receive any email. Again and again I tried but I didn’t receive email.

After some time I tried to JOIN using same email. It accepted and received emails regarding this 2nd joining. I deposited £10 but it took £10.25. I played and lost £9.95. Now I think the balance only 5p.
How can happen all this?
I have only proof for the first time joining is you taken £20.50 from my Lloyds bank account.
Still I didn’t receive any emails or messages about my first joining.

Please answer me what is happening to my first account I opened in the morning. Please reply me.

Deposited but got declined still taken from bank account though.

Deposited but got declined, money still came out of account. Been on live chat many times and keep getting told it’s under review and will get an email when sorted. Over 5 days now and nothing. Provided bank statement showing came out but no communication at all. Shocking and poor customer service

Not only do they charge for deposit and…

Not only do they charge for deposit and withdrawals but I requested 2 withdrawals on Thursday night Friday morning and they are still pending even though I uploaded my documents. I will not upload pictures of front and back of my card as they've requested or my bank statements but they've had my driving license, utility bills etc so why am I still waiting

Pathetic been waiting over 3 weeks for…

Pathetic been waiting over 3 weeks for a withdrawl of £470 keep asking me to send verification, Ids written and signed statements pictures of cards and ive done nothing but be compliant with them and now i cant even reach their live chat team absolute joke of a company never had problems depositing large amounts but as soon as you want to withdraw it they dont let you stay away from this company at all costs

Pathetic

Pathetic. I have tried for 2 days to withdraw £80 from this site. I was asked to send a picture of my bank card (front and back) a picture of my driving license. A picture of a bank statement and a picture of myself, holding the bank card and drivers license so that the numbers are clearly visible. Tried 3 times to take this required selfie and they keep refusing it. Basically my £80 is sitting in "pending" for withdrawl, and they keep finding excuses to hold onto it. Funnily enough, they didn't need all these pictures when I was depositing money into them. Hmmmmm.

Take money from you

Do not use this site they take money from you if you deposit 10.00 they take 10.25 its only 25p but if the do this to everyone? And if you take 10.00 out they only give you 9.00 pounds riping people off

So bad

Had this site 1 hour and realised you have to pay a fee to deposit YOUR own money and a fee to withdraw YOUR winnings. what an Absolute joke😂 also takes days to get your withdrawal, so many better casino’s

Not interested anymore

Nice at 1st like always, then I realised I had to pay to deposit and pay to withdraw, After a few nice wins it went down hill and all games were no wins so I had to set my limits to a weekly lil amount; if not I would have had to close my account cause it was just taking money not giving anymore. Not really into playing anymore really. Put me off gambling
