They sent the wrong order which I informed them about on webchat and was told they would contact me. When there was no response, I emailed. They were not willing to send the correct order and now no response. Aboid

Réponse de Magnet Store Ltd
Hi Liam,
Thank you for bringing your recent experience to our attention.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear you received the wrong item. We have investigated this and it seems there was a picking error by one of our dispatch team members.
Upon reviewing your case, I can see that we received an email from you on 26/03/2024 and our team responded with a proposed resolution within 30 minutes. It seems, however, that our response might have missed your attention, as we've yet to hear back from you.
In our resolution email, we proposed that we would pay for the items to be collected from your premises and a replacement parcel would be sent to you via next-day delivery service to help minimise disruption for you. In addition, an exclusive 20% discount on your next purchase was offered to help compensate for any inconvenience caused by this.
Please rest assured, customer service is extremely important to us so we’d like to resolve your concerns as fast as possible. A member of our team has sent another email to you, we kindly invite you to respond so we can resolve this for you.
Once again, thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Magnet Store Team

The communication was great
The communication was great. Royal Mail failed to deliver the magnets so I contacted Magnet Store, Gemma suggested I wait a few days and then contact them if they hadn't arrived. They didn't arrive. Gemma had them posted again and they arrived the day after.
Service like that inspires confidence and I will use them again.

Tiny, but strong.
Arrived swiftly. Magnets were what I ordered. Tiny but strong. The kids drawings aren’t falling off the fridge now!

Super strong !
I am using these for pain relief and they are much stronger than the ones you can buy for this purpose ! The ones with the double holes are best as they can either be tied around the affected limb or fixed with tape. The large sided holes are the positive side and this is the side that needs to be against the skin. The magnetism works as it attracts the iron in red blood cells to the area thereby flooding the area with the body's own pain relieving chemicals and healing nutrients.

GReat magnets for my DIY job
Wanted magnets for a specific DIY job to hold wood panels against another wooden frame. Magnet store has the right type of magnets and with the strength required to do the job and are good value. Bought the rectangular countersunk ones.
