I used this company for 6 weeks from late October 2015. Over this period I got reports from clients saying they either weren't getting links or the links didn't work. I also found that the emailed link sometimes failed to come through to me (I obviously checked my junk thankyou MailBigFile). After yet another client complained the link did not work I wrote to cancel and ask for a refund. This was flatly refused. I was told to 'go to the ombudsman or your credit card company - we wont do anything'
Nice - and this was just for approx £15 membership subscription. For a company who crows that they have '1000s of members' this is very poor. I will report this to the ombudsman and my card company.
If you are reading this I suggest you go elsewhere and use a service that works, not one that works occasional and has utterly terrible customer service
The MailBigFile page loads in a split second whereby entering the intended recipient's email address along with yours, selecting your big file and typing in an optional message is all you need to do.
The address book keeps all your recipients in order so that you can 'one-click' on them to send more files at any time.
Our customers have their own page to upload files to us (embedded onto our main website) and we can use a personal page to send out to others.
Knowing that our logo is prominent on the page is a nice touch.
To guarantee a good fast upload I do not use the same browser to continue surfing the Internet, rather, let it get on with it and all is always fine.
Notifications of when and who has downloaded your file are sent directly to my inbox.
I would always recommend MailBigFile to my business associates and friends. True value for money, without doubt.
I would recommend mailbigfile.com to anyone, the free service is great, but the business service offers great value for money when you have loads of large files to send and you need a trusted way for them to reach their destination!
Never had any trouble using or receiving. Works great with firefox. Uploads fast and sends fast. Love that it saves my contacts. I use the same ones over and over. A must have for the workflow. Saves money sending files internationally! Trust the files always get through and downloaded in a variety of countries.

not sure what reason, it is not easy to download by receiver, when you send a email to them to notice to download. Most of them replied to me that it is not that easy.
Comparing to other service like yousendit, sendspace etc....
need to work to improve??

mailbigfile enables users to move very large files, easily, without requiring the receiver to download and install any programs on their computers!
So simple, all they have to do is click and download.
The hardest part of the process is remembering where they downloaded your file to!
