Great customer service

Unfortunately, we had 100 roses going out at once and no suitable containers available at that moment to keep the flowers hydrated. That was a mistake, and we sincerely apologize. The card i personally filled out was…
The card i personally filled out was not delivered and the quality was not as I expected. Arrangement had a big empty spot in the middle. The majority of the flowers were cut real short and placed on the bottom edge and petals were falling off before she could even bring them home.
