Five stars for winning my drug driving case with little to no stress. I did spend over £6000 but for me it's money well spent because I need my vehicle to work. Hi Jason. You attended court with our specialist solicitor, Jack. Before the hearing started, Jack held a conference with you and discussed every aspect of your case, including the evidence, defences, procedure and sentencing. Jack strongly encouraged you to enter a not-guilty plea due to procedural and technical issues with the prosecution's case. Despite Jack's recommendation, you decided to enter a guilty plea. We cannot win a case for a client wants to plead guilty.
You would not have achieved the same outcome with a duty solicitor. Jack spent a considerable amount of time in court negotiating various 'plea deals' with the prosecutor. This is not something a duty solicitor is obliged to do. As a result, you received the shortest possible disqualification and a fine of £120.
For the avoidance of doubt, we operate on a fixed fee. We do not charge clients £9,000 for our preparatory work, so I am unclear where you obtained this information. Nevertheless, best of luck with the future and if you'd like to discuss any part of your case, please call us on 01514228020.
Drug Driving(THC)
These guys are just Amazing . A massive thank you to Osian, Harry and the rest of the team. i was wrongly convicted of Drug Driving and it was proven the police hadn't followed procedures and there was lack of evidence. i was found not guilty this morning even tho i had a positive blood result. I really couldn't of done it without MAJ LAW. They are also helping me in getting some money back. Again Thank you so much its been a long 15 months but i can move on with my
life.

Staff were incredibly insightful and helpful from the very first phone call. They were constantly getting in touch to see if we had questions throughout the waiting period between my phone call and the enquiry, we’re always responsive when I raised a query and most of all, achieved a result we could only have dreamed of. Full of false promise
Full of false promise, hope and exploitation of someone in a vulnerable position.
When I had my initial phone call and talked through the finer details of my case I was filled with false hope based on incorrectly quoted details from a salesman who was able to manipulate me into a false sense of security.
When the CPS details were released, I had to chase 5 times to speak to someone I was simply "advised" to plead guilty at the first hearing. They didn't attend court themselves, simply sent a clown to "represent" me and honestly I could have done a better job myself.
If the details I had provided initially had differed from the details provided by the CPS I could have understood, however they were exactly the same, certain "defences" that were offered at the sale stage were then completely dismissed, when I brought this up, I was told that by the solicitor on my case that he couldn't comment on what was previously said as it was not himself that said it.
Just be careful handing your money over to these guys and consider if you could do a better case on your own, I know I certainly could and should have done.

It is possible that when you initially contacted us, you provided inaccurate or incomplete information about your case, which may have suggested potential defence arguments. However, once the CPS disclosed their evidence, it became clear that the circumstances were different, requiring our advice to adapt accordingly.
While many of our clients have strong cases, some do not. We are committed to providing honest and realistic legal guidance, even if that means advising a guilty plea when it is the best course of action. We believe in transparency and ensuring that our clients make informed decisions rather than offering false hope or misleading advice. Many of our clients appreciate this approach.
