Malebox Health Avis 

I would thoroughly recommend Malebox - the process was seamless and the kit was very user friendly. It was also really helpful to be able to talk to a professional.

I ordered the At-Home Sperm Test (£180). The kit includes a preservative that has to go straight in the freezer when it arrives. What I only learned afterwards is that once it has thawed it is valid for just 48 hours. I couldn't find that limit published anywhere when I ordered: not in the FAQ, the terms or the dispatch emails.

The kit is sent by standard Royal Mail. That keeps the cost down, but it means neither Malebox nor the customer has any real control over when it is delivered, and that matters when the contents go off in 48 hours.

The first kit was left while I was out, and I picked it up four days later. Malebox said it couldn't be used and charged £30 for a replacement. Their emails did say to freeze it on arrival, so I accepted that.

I then asked for the replacement to arrive on a Friday, and they confirmed it would. It didn't. Royal Mail tried on the Saturday when I was out, so the second kit has also been in transit for well over 48 hours, and I'm waiting to hear whether it is usable.

Customer support has been quick and polite. The problem is the design: a kit that goes off within 48 hours, sent by a delivery service that can't commit to a day, only works if you are home at the exact moment it arrives. Samples can only be posted Monday to Wednesday, which narrows it further. A booked, timed courier would fix most of this.

If you order: plan to be in all day, freeze the preservative the minute it lands, and ask them to state the 48-hour limit and the delivery date in writing. If you can get to a clinic, an in-person semen analysis avoids posting anything at all.

I had a really positive experience with Malebox. The communication throughout was excellent — fast, clear and very professional. The kit was delivered quickly, the process was straightforward, and the results came back promptly.

The results themselves were presented in a very clear and informative way, making them easy to understand. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service.

Overall, a slick, professional and highly efficient service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Malebox.

Initally had an appointment booked with the NHS for a semen analysis and was told the wait for results was 6 weeks. The wait time was to long so we started looking for private alternatives.
Found Malebox and went for it , was a brilliant decision and we are so pleased with the outstanding service we have recieved. Our first box was delivered during the peak of the heatwave and therefore my sample was not able to be analysed fully but the support team at Malebox quickly got in touch and arranged for a new box to be sent out that same day. Recieved the next day and everything was smooth sailing from there. Analysis was completed the same day the lab received the sample and our consultation was the next morning.
Very helpful fertility practitioner talks you through all of the results and what they mean. Malebox even went the extra mile and sent the results directly to the GP Surgery which was helpful. Instructions in the box are easy to follow and the whole process is easy to understand and follow.
Would thoroughly recommend Malebox to anyone looking for a quick but smooth process and peace of mind / reassurance.

Fantastic product. Having used both NHS and private clinics, I can attest that this is a far superior user experience. The instructions are incredibly clear, and the personal delivery of results and recommendations set it well above any other tests I’ve tried.

I live in a remote part of Devon and my nearest clinic is well over an hour from home, Malebox was far more convenient private than going to a clinic as I didn’t have to take any time off work. Quick turnaround on results and the consultation meant that I had a clear view of what I needed to do in order to improve my results.

My time at home is limited due to working offshore, but Malebox’s customer service team went out of their way to coordinate delivery, analysis, and consultation within that window. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised from start to finish.
