We loved the Villa we rented, we had a beautiful view of the ocean and great amenities. Francis took great care of our family too. Everything was clean and comfortable. Such a wonderful expeience. I highly recommend Villa Sapphire.

Most amazing villa in Mallorca and great service
We organised a week in Mallorca and stayed in Villa Tamarell in Alcudia. The villa was amazing and the help from Claudia and her team was greatly appreciated. Thanks to them we could arrange a lot of extra activities like vespa rental, cooking course, yoga lessons, massages. We definitely recommend Mallorca Collection, a true professional partner.

Dreamy stay in Mallorca
The villa was incredible with everything we needed to host 11 people. The team was incredibly helpful supporting with the reception of some paddle boards rented nearby, as well as accommodating and providing everything needed for a baby.

Großartiges modernes Stadthaus
Wir haben als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen das Stadthaus bewohnt. Das Schlafzimmer mit integrierter Badewanne, Dusche und Toilette ist sehr besonders! Das Haus ist wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet und chic eingerichtet, sehr großzügig vom Wohnraum und der Anzahl der Bäder her, die Dachterrasse ist toll. Hinzu kommt die ideale Lage für alle Unternehmungen.
Auch die Buchung und den Kontakt zu Mallorca Collection ebenso wie den Empfang vor Ort kann ich nur loben. Alles in allem: ein perfekter Urlaub!

the booking process was great
the booking process was great, also the support and communication. The house was generally as described, but for the rent (12.000 Euro per week) I would expect much better cleaning, that was definitely a "not again" experience.

Regarding the cleaning, we sincerely regret that it did not meet your expectations. On your arrival day, the owner spent the morning specifically recleaning the glass and exteriors following the rain, which likely explains why some surfaces were still wet.
Our goal is always to provide a flawless experience. Since we understood everything was going well during our mid-stay check-in, we unfortunately missed the chance to make things right at the time and send the housekeeping team back to address these details for you immediately.

Fantastic holiday in Palma
We had a fantastic holiday in Paramount Townhouse in Palma - for the 3. time 3 generations of our family were gathered there - indeed all of us hope to come back again - the sooner the better!

Very easy experience!
I would say the best thing is the level of clear communication you get from Judit. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Everything was very easy. Oh, and the house was perfect. EXACTLY like the photos show. Just as beautiful as the photos!

Very Good communication
Very good communication and beautiful villas. My only complaint is that the companies they use if you wish to hire a car or bike are based in the south of the island and therefore the charges are very high. They need more ‘preferred suppliers’ in the north.

Regarding our network of local providers, they are carefully selected from all over the island and we try to find the best fit for each individual case. For car hire, the proposed provider was in the North too, but the charges are indeed slightly higher when the vehicle is delivered and collected from the villa, as this involves a personal service at your doorstep. In any case, we truly value your feedback and will certainly take your suggestion into account.
